I came with my family and enjoyed myself. Everything was delicious and worth it. The environment is pretty relaxing, and there is loud music, but I was still able to converse amongst your group. Service was amazing and fast. The space was nice and clean, and everyone assisted even when it wasn’t their table. The boom seasoning is very delicious. My group and I each ordered the A Daily Special and enjoyed every bit of it. The hush puppies dipped in the boom sauce take it to another level.

My sister has a known seafood allergy, which was clearly and explicitly communicated to our server prior to ordering. Despite this disclosure, her meal was served containing scallops. This constitutes a significant safety failure, as exposure to seafood can result in severe and potentially life-threatening allergic reactions. Fortunately, I had Benadryl available; however, this situation could have easily escalated into a medical emergency requiring immediate intervention.
What is particularly concerning is that no manager or member of management came to our table to address the error, assess her condition, or offer an apology. Additionally, we were informed that she would be required to pay for a replacement meal, despite the mistake originating with the kitchen and staff.
Food allergy protocols exist to prevent precisely this type of incident. The lack of managerial response and accountability, combined with the attempt to charge for a meal prepared incorrectly, reflects a serious breakdown in both safety procedures and customer care.
I am submitting this complaint to document the incident and to urge immediate review of staff training, kitchen procedures, and management response protocols regarding food allergies. This matter should be taken seriously to ensure the safety of future guests.

I ordered an #A seafood boil. Got home I had no sausages and no corn in my bag. I also had to use the restroom OMG it smells just like a sewer. The worst bathroom i’ve ever smelled. The crab legs and shrimp didn’t taste that good ether. I will never go back to the Clinton location. CEO you have to do better.

The food was pretty good. The restaurant’s atmosphere was good, and the music was set at the right volume, and the song selection helped with making the evening come together.
Our waitress was good, but she was managing a lot of tables at once. We needed to repeatedly ask for the same things multiple times or wait long periods for items requested. It truly seemed like she was overwhelmed due to the number of tables. However, she still did a good job.
We ordered Hush Puppies and a steam bag with Dungeness Crab, Black Mussels, and Shrimp with corn, potatoes, and eggs with Cajun and Garlic Seasoning at Medium Heat. See the uploaded photos for all the selections.
I plan to visit this location again because I enjoyed the meal.
I give this overall dining experience four stars

The atmosphere is nice and chill local vibe…the music R&B/ Hip Hop/Trap…the menu has a lot of options with any price range. I won’t order the crab legs again though although the sauce was very tasty, the crab legs were rubbery. The drink was strong but didn’t look at all like the picture posted on the menu, but either way its still is a nice place to go with friends or date nite due to the chill vibe, friendly staff, clean bathrooms and overall decent menu prices.

Everybody’s experience is different but what I can share is that me and some of my sister friends thought we would try this Crafty Crab and glad we did! First our waiter was friendly and attentive, Second, our wait wasn’t as long as we thought it was gonna be after we sat down and given it was crowded and third, food was fresh and delish! I got the snow Crab leg boil with side of broccoli! Fresh and so, so good! Shrimp, Catfish and hush puppies good too! Will definitely be back!

This place has definitely gone down over recent years….a/c didnt work all summer 2025, it has a sewage odor coming from who knows where… these people that should be working are walking around pretending to do work meanwhile I’ve been seated for 20 min or longer and havent received even a water…its not a crowded evening barely 15 people patronizing the establishment. This will be my last n time at this location.
