We did the igloo dining and it was breath taking. Our waiter was awesome attentive but not over bearing. Dinner was great 70 per person and definitely woth it. Appetizer, Salad or soup, Short rib and madh, chicken and mash with asparagus and chocolate lava cake was what we had. They have Bluetooths available for music. It was a beautiful way to celebrate our anniversary.

We didn’t eat in the igloo but the restaurant was empty on a Saturday night. Decent food. Mahi was a bit overcooked. Drinks were good. Service was good. All in all a great and amazing ambiance experience that I think is underrated. The igloos were $70pp by the way.

Dinner: We had a party of 6 and made reservations for 6:30pm. We were brought to our table as soon as we arrived. The hostess was very welcoming as was the waiter. He was very attentive and professional. I looked for a Gluten-Free meal and ordered the Zucchini and Squash noodles with marinara. I also asked them to add chicken and they served it already cut up and mixed in. Delicious! My daughter got their Cheese Pizza. She ate a few slices and said it was okay, but didn’t want the rest of it.
Breakfast: Buffet style, but they seat you. Since there’s only so many tables in a restaurant, the waiting line was LONG. Once we were seated the waitress was there taking our drink orders and told us to help ourselves. They had a large choice of foods. I picked the scrambled eggs, sausage patties and mixed fruit. Delicious!

We dined in one of the igloos with its special food and drink menu. The food was outstanding! The atmosphere was even better, the fall season was perfect setting and we really enjoyed the lights and gazebo view. The igloo was warm, cozy and such a fun new experience. I plan to come back. Our server was the best. Very attentive, professional, and such a joy. Its best to make a reservation as these igloo are very popluar!

All staff was incredibly polite. Alex is great behind the bar!!! Pours drinks correctly every time!! Passion got swamped, and killed it like a boss!!! Maya was absolutely on top of both restaurants!!! Breen was just a great guy to talk with!! Anytime that I am in the area I will 100% stay at Cherry Valley Hotel.

We have come 3 or 4 times in 2025 and have always had superb service with a smile, excellent food. Our favorite is their special Brioche French Toast! Its a must to top off any meal.
Atmosphere is romantic, elegant, with a country lodge feel. Staff is consistently friendly. Check times before you come as the restaurant has different hours throughout Monday-Thursday and weekends.
This is definitely a peaceful, charming getaway from the big city bustle.

Experience was horrible. The manager quit before her shift, the place was in chaos. We were over an hour late to sit in our igloo reservation and then they rushed service to get food orser before the kitchen closed. We had a reservation at 830pm and were not seated until closer to 10. They rushed because the kitchen was closing. We asked to speak to management, no one on site. Took our information to give to management, no one reached out. After several attempts to reach management via email, we were told we would be comped for our dinner which is $70 a person minimum. Never happen. We reached out several times to ask about receiving a refund as offered. We were there in December and its February . There was a party of 4, both couples reached out to management and promised a refund, which never happened for either couple, after multiple times being told by the resturant that it would happen. At the end of the day, we have been coming to the restaurant for the igloo experience for the past 5 years, visiting with multiple friend groups. We wont be back. If management would have rectified it as they said they would, the situation would be different. Unfortunately we were promised a refund that never happened. Poor management and customer service, period.

We made a reservation for my mother in laws 90th birthday. We had a party of 12. The reservation was made months in advance. The reservation was for 5pm on 11.8. There was only one other table being waited on. It took 45 minutes for us to get cocktails. When we got them they were wrong. We ordered our food and it took over an hour to be served. Then it came out a little at a time. We were offered no water refills. There were many tables seated, served and left. We still had no food. The waitress was extremly inappropriate and seemed a little unglued. She ended up crying and telling us she was quitting! We will not be back and are telling everyone not to go there! So disappointing…especially for my 90 year old mother in law!

Just a quick note of appreciation to Alex who did an outstanding job during our entire 3 night stay!! He not only served up outstanding drink specials for my wife but waited tables as well.We were there for a Celebration of Life…. Alex worked that event as well with an overflow crowd and Alex continued to come through and helped make the occasion a joyful remembrance of our loved one!!! Thank you again Alex and Cherry Valley Hotel!!!
