Food was great, and their customer service is amazing! Ordered a pulled pork sandwich for a friend and an order of the loaded fries with brisket, both were delicious. Definitely worth tracking this truck down for some delicious BBQ. We found them taking part in the Food Truck Friday downtown near Civic Plaza

Everyone has their preference when it comes to BBQ, some like the KC sauces, some like the texas dry rub, some just stick with the tried and true Rudy’s. However this place is worth a try. They went above my expectations on every visit. I’ve tried everything on the menu at this point and there hasn’t been one disappointed order yet. That’s saying a lot in this post pandemic era where most establishments have gone down a notch on quality or customer service. I can honestly say this is my favorite BBQ in the 505.

We searched for them online because we wanted more!! We discovered this food truck at a festival in Albuquerque. We ordered the bbq chile relleno, pulled pork sandwich and combo ribs. We were not disappointed in any of the dishes and were quite impressed. The portions were good and the bbq sauce was perfect, not too sweet and a balanced spice. We’re hoping to order some sauce online if possible!!!

Very nice food truck with excellent smoking skills. Brisket is always great, brisket sandwich is phenomenal. I love when they do their tacos. Also got pork belly burnt ends once that were to die for. Ribs are great and their house made bbq sauce is wonderful. Always recommending this place to people.

Fantastic BBQ in ABQ! I discovered Craft Q when they were parked at CNM Main Campus, and I am so glad I stopped by after classes! Their brisket sandwiches are phenomenal…full of flavor, very tender meat, and good portions! The pulled pork sandwich comes in second, and it is also very good…although I am personally not a fan of their BBQ sauce, so I use my own. Definitely give this business a chance if you come across their food truck! You will love it!

Was able to enjoy them at the Great New Mexico Beer Festival. Absolutely delicious brisket and cream corn casserole. If you are a transplant from Texas or just anybody who enjoys great BBQ, this is the best place in town.

We have eaten here twice. The bbq brisket, pulled pork, and ribs were excellent. I especially loved the creamed corn casserole. We want to try the turkey the next time it is on the menu. We highly recommend this food truck.
