I had been noticing Craft Pizza tucked in the corner for ages and finally decided to stop in on a whim. The place is adorable, super clean, and the staff made me feel welcome right away even though I probably looked completely confused. Since it was my first time there and I was coming home from work, I grabbed a slice of sausage and cheese to go and I’m not even exaggerating when I say it was amazing.
I was so hungry and couldn’t even be bothered to drive home that I ate it right in my car and it hit all the right spots. The crust was crisp but not too hard, the cheese was perfectly gooey, and the sausage had just the right flavor. Every bite was better than the last and I kept thinking about how I should have tried this place sooner.
This little spot is a real hidden gem. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is tidy, and the pizza is seriously solid. I will definitely be back to try more slices and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a great pizza spot in the city.

We got takeout nice pizza! I personally loved rhe red pie more than the white but overall nice experience will come back to try in person to see the difference!

Great thin crust pizza, love the options here as well.
Pepperoni is great, and so is the Caesar salad.
Definitely recommend, although it does feel it is always closed for a party.

What a flop! Haven’t had such a soggy, floppy pizza in a long time. No structure at all, it was wet and everything just slid right off. Odd interaction at the counter too. The sauce and crust had good flavor, but overall… FLOP!

Visited Craft Pizza for the first time recently and was really impressed. The highlight for me was the outdoor dining setup: great ambiance with a relaxed, unpretentious vibe that made for a really enjoyable evening. It’s BYOB, which is always a plus, and the prices felt pretty reasonable for the quality.
Service stood out as particularly friendly. The pizza itself was excellent. I actually found myself craving it again the next morning, which says something.
The whole experience reminded me a bit of casual dinners in Europe. No rush, just good food and chill atmosphere. Overall, Craft Pizza has definitely earned a spot on my short list of favorite spots in Chicago. Looking forward to going back.

Super friendly staff and the pizza was DELISH. We got the Margarita and Truffle and we were so impressed! (Usually truffle pizzas are a hit or miss with it actually tasting like truffle. This one is a definite HIT!)
14” pizzas we a little over $20 depending what you got. 18” we’re about $5-7 more.

Extremely condescending staff member. Placed a takeout order that had just gone into the oven. Decided to eat inside with my kids instead instead. Staff member made a big deal about this because 1) it wastes a cardboard box, 2) creates a problem if the place is full. Well, 1) the order had just gone into the oven, so not a single box would be wasted, and 2) place was empty besides two other people sitting together. Pizza was fine. Please train your staff on customer service.

Fresh ingredients but pizza was too thin and too burnt.. also i think ricotta dollops should go on after the pizza is cooked so it doesn’t crumble and weigh down the thin pizza

We got delivery which was very fast and the pizza was hot, crispy thin crust and clever toppings , they have a choice of sauce (red/white/half half). We really enjoyed the pizza and house salad and looking forward checking it out in person!

It’s good and quick service with friendly staff. My pizza was a bit too salty (I couldn’t tell if it was the cheese or the sauce) and overcooked/a bit burnt but I can tell that the dough and thickness is as it should. I had better expectations for the place so maybe it was a one off. I’ll be back another time!
