A rare 5-star for a food court spot — and totally deserved.
While walking down Fremont Street with my family, we wandered into the Fremont Hotel looking for a quick bite. I expected average food court options… but the hotel and food hall were shockingly clean — like something you’d find in a high-end Beverly Hills mall.
Right at the entrance was Craft Kitchen, and the menu instantly caught my eye: comfort food classics + Hawaiian-inspired dishes (these tugged at my island roots immediately).
I tried the Hawaiian Garlic Chicken Bowl, my wife ordered the avo toast, and my daughter went for the garlic fries.
Everything looked artisan-level — not “food court food.” This was Fast & Furious-level souped-up comfort food, beautifully plated and absolutely delicious.
Portions were generous, flavors were on point, and I left both impressed and a little sad I couldn’t try more.
So glad I stumbled into this place.
Craft Kitchen is now my new favorite affordable off-Strip dining option. Highly recommend.

Perhaps I have COVID and lost my sense of taste but this burrito wins the prize of ‘the worst good ive ever eaten’. Its basically 2 pounds of bland potatoes on a thick with a dash of protein and rice with no taste

I loved this place. Favorite breakfast from my trip. I had the bacon croissant meal and an iced Chai. So good made my morning. ❤️

Located inside the food court at the Fremont Hotel and Casino in downtown Las Vegas, this spot is a hidden gem.
Service is quick and friendly, with a team that’s genuinely welcoming and helpful. The food? It is absolutely top notch—rich in flavor, generously portioned, and beautifully presented.
Whether you’re just passing through or exploring Fremont Street, this is a must-try dining stop while in Vegas.

Coffee was burnt, avocado toast ($15) had an uncooked egg (see picture) with toast that was stale and hard as a rock (prior to toasting). Threw out food as I didn’t feel it was safe to eat. Cashier is flat out scary looking. Go to Dunkin literally across from it.

Really cool place, was excited to try brunch here, for the crossaint sandwich and smashed potatoes. Everything was cooked really well, the smashed potatoes were good. Also got a vanilla latte, and macaroon. The service was great the staff was really helpful. Nice decor in the restaurant sat right at the high top counter. All and all a good experience would definitely go back. Thank you

We came for breakfast and got the best stuff on the menu! Iced coffee and hot chocolate for drinks and the loco moco and Korean fried chicken sandwich. The spices added so much flavor and we a few people come up to us and ask what we were eating. The staff was so nice and took our order with ease and speed. Best breakfast I’ve had on Fremont.

We recently ordered the Korean-inspired fried chicken sandwich and the famous Hawaiian garlic chicken bowl, and both were absolutely fantastic!
The **Korean-inspired fried chicken sandwich** was a flavor explosion. The crispy chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy inside, and packed with just the right amount of spice.Definitely one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had!
The **Hawaiian garlic chicken bowl** was equally impressive. The chicken was tender and coated in a delicious garlic sauce that had a subtle sweetness.
Overall, a delicious and memorable meal that I can’t wait to have again. Highly recommended if you’re craving something bold and flavourful in VEGAS.

We’ve eaten here twice now, both times early in the morning for breakfast. The prices are nice, and less than typical Vegas prices. First time I got the all American breakfast and it was fine. This time I got the breakfast burrito and I enjoyed it. Wife got the Loco Moco and I’ll say it’s not for me. We’ll eat here again if we’re nearby for a cheap breakfast. I’ll note that this place had some characters working the counter on both occasions, but they were very friendly.
