The pizza is good. The sauce is different than others. That isn’t a bad thing. It is a little more sweet than my normal taste but it was still good. The crust on a normal pizza is a little more floppy than I desire but it is still good! I would ask for the crust to be cooked a little longer. I want to be able to fold the pizza and bite it without the toppings wanting to fall off. Overall it’s above a 4 but this won’t allow partial star ratings. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the area.

What a wonderful artisan pizzeria with craft beer. I ordered “The Midland”. Bursting with flavor from the smoked Gouda to the fresh tomatoes and garlic. The parsley on top is the perfect finishing touch. Owner and staff are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend a stop over to Remington for pizza.

First time checking it out! Very tasty pizza! Awesome customer service! Donald in the shop was super helpful and personable! Just enough pizza to hit the spot. Small slices big taste! All around perfect pie!

The food was fun and unique. The atmosphere was not really my style with loud country music. I thought it was really cool they had USB power chargers all along under the bar. They also serve their drinks in styrofoam cups.

This place is highly underrated. The food was delicious. We had the cheese curds, Caesar salad, and The Midland pizza, and everything hit. The crust was absolute perfection. Service was great!

I’ve been here a handful of times since they’ve opened and I would say that when prepared correctly the food is solid! With that being said, I get the same meal almost every time I go, a plain cheese pizza, well done. Nearly every time my order is not cooked well-done. Which is no big deal if I was dining in, but considering I place my orders for pickup it becomes a major inconvenience when I have to sit around and wait an additional 20 minutes for my food to finish. Unfortunately it happened again today and this time the pizza that came out after waiting my additional 15 minutes again was just not up to what I view is a good product. Burnt to a crisp with almost every bite tasting like charred bread. This is the first time the pizza has been cooked to this level of burnt. I’m just disappointed, cause when the food is done right here it is a good place to eat at!

First time here and we will definitely be back! We ordered 2 Pizzas (the Opal and the Remington) both of which were amazing ! Also ordered the steak and cheese with their sidewinder fries, would definitely order this again as well. The fries were absolutely delicious , I’d come back for the fries and a beer alone.

Looking forward to coming back to try their other offerings!

Pizza is Meh… not horrible but for the price, nothing spectacular; Pizza dough was soggy in middle and my pizza called for basil yet zero in sight. Appetizers are overpriced for the amount and quality received (guaranteed most are frozen and not made in house) Walls of restaurant are stained and found that to be odd and fairly gross. Bathroom was quite dirty and unkempt. Overall its more of a hole in the wall place which isn’t a bad thing, but prices reflected as if it was a higher end place. I’d maybe price the highest end pizza at $18 of that (and yes I have culinary experience and know how to price dishes) Beer was definitely not local aside from 1 (I mean you have CRAFT in the name of the restaurant) Can’t say I’d go out of my way to return unfortunately.

Food is good. I had a meats pizza and it was good but I found the price to be a little much for the size of the pizza that was received. Still a nice place and service was excellent. Fries were a weird shape and taste more like potato wedges but still taste good. Just be prepared to spend a little more than usual on pizza.

My husband and I made the drive up from Fredericksburg to try this place out one Friday afternoon. It wasn’t busy, 2 tables had a few people. There was a bartender behind the bar with a couple of patrons. One server. No one said anything when we walked in. We finally just sat at a table and waited for a while. Husband got up and went to the hostess stand to pick up a few menus. Our server eventually came to the table and took our drink orders. We also ordered the garlic curds. For the price, I expected more (not volume-wise, but more flavor, awesomeness). My husband ordered the Fauquier. He said the pizza was delicious and he was satisfied with the amount of meat on his pizza. I did a BYO with traditional sauce. I asked for pepperoni, fresh mozzarella and onions. I’m not sure if I got the fresh mozzarella ($3.00 charge). It seemed like what I got was a pizza topped with a ton of extra shredded mozzarella. I was expecting pieces of fresh mozzarella on top of the pizza sauce. Initially, I thought they left off the pepperoni, but I did find it buried under the cheese. They use the smaller pepperoni which I love, but sadly, I really only had 1 or 2 pieces per slice. The sauce was flavorful and the crust was delicious. There were chopped onions on the top.
The biggest downside of this place was the service or lack of friendliness from the staff that was working and the flies. My goodness, the place was loaded with flies. I expect flies when I’m eating outside, but not inside. They were landing on our food and buzzing around our heads. It was kind of gross. I don’t know where they all came from, perhaps they leave the back door open. I’ve been to many small town and small town restaurants, the people that work in these places tend to be overly friendly, but it was kind of the opposite here. Not rude, but they don’t go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They are expanding next door to some type of club or something. We may give this place another shot, because while a little pricey, the pizza did have good flavor.
