I came to Craft Cones because their entire menu is gluten-free—a rare and exciting find for someone with Celiac. I first discovered them at the Pueblo Chili Festival and was thrilled to see they even offer gluten-free waffle cones, which are so hard to come by.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I tried their chocolate pinto bean ice cream, which sounded unusual but tasted just like classic chocolate ice cream—rich, creamy, and delicious.

The only downside was that they didn’t have any toppings, which was a bit of a bummer, though hopefully that’s something they’ll add in the future. I’d also love to see chocolate-dipped cones as an option someday.

Overall, Craft Cones is a must-visit for anyone who wants creative, gluten-free treats served with warmth and care.

The best ice cream shop I’ve been to so far in Pueblo! This isn’t your typical ice cream spot where you just grab a regular flavor and some toppings, they make all their own unique flavors in-house. Some of the ones we tried were Apple Cider Sorbet, Flan, and their take on Strawberry. After tasting a few and talking about some flavors we picking the flavor we wanted and also decided to grabbed a pint of Ube (which wasn’t one of the flavors out at the time, but they had some in their mini fridge).

I’m not sure how often they rotate flavors, but every one we tried was amazing, the experience overall including the great conversation I had with who I believe was the owner or the owner’s son made it even better experience . If you’re looking for something different, creative, and seriously delicious, this is the place!

So there was a miscommunication about my haircut, and I ran into the first door I could find to get out of the snowstorm. I hid in the double doors entrance of Craft Cones while I desperately tried to find someone available to cut my hair today but she opened the door and invited me in to sit down while I figured out the unfortunate situation. She was so kind to me. I thought ‘Well if I’m here, I might as well ‍♀️’, and I ordered some ice cream while I waited. I got a Java chip scoop and sat while I waited for my new appointment nearby with another stylist. The storm may be unforgiving but the Craft Cones crew was so nice and made what was an upsetting moment a lot better. The ice cream was delicious and creamy, and had the PERFECT coffee flavor. I think my family and I will be stopping by a lot more this upcoming summer when we visit the riverwalk

A fantastic ice cream shop! Visited while down in Pueblo for a conference. It was such a delicious treat break. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I got a scoop of the strawberry (that had real chunks of fruit) and the chocolate (with pieces of cake in it!). A must when visiting Pueblo!

I had the gingerbread cookie ice cream, & the mystery flavor Rocky Moon. I was not disappointed. I love how it’s not too sweet or overpowering. The ice cream is so creamy, & the waffle cones…… forget about it. My gf had the creme brulee ice cream, & that was frickin’ delicious too!! Prices are great, & they have a customer loyalty punch card. Way better than Baskin Robbins or planet ice cream.

Chris and Teresa are amazing humans with the greatest homemade ice creams ever! They were super considerate and made sure to check if there was an ingredient we were worried about included in any of their ingredients. We got their celebration cake and fig ice cream. After the first lick, I kinda forgot to take pictures of it since it was sooo good! Easily one of the best waffle cone ice cream I had ever and it comes for free! Highly recommend. If you are in Pueblo, you HAVE to check out this spot! Will be coming again!

Their homemade ice cream is so delicious! First time I came I tried a scoop of blueberry cheesecake this time I tried a scoop honey lavender ice cream. The honey lavender ice cream tasted so light, creamy and exactly what I wanted. Great customer service very kind and even gave me an extra punch on the punch card they gave me. Homemade waffle cone was crispy, sweet, thin and included for free. Best waffle cone I have ever had. Just $5 for a scoop
I will go back whenever I’m in Pueblo, CO

I took my kids to the Riverwalk and it was a really hot day. I was so relieved when we found this ice cream shop. We all enjoyed milkshakes and let me tell you. They are amazing! They are so flavorful and just the right consistency so you can drink it with no clumps! They make everything there fresh with lots of flavors to choose from. My daughter and I also decided to get mocktails while we were there and they are equally delicious and refreshing! Cute little ice cream shop! When we visit the river walk again I know for sure we will be stopping by! Highly recommend!
