First time here. I was very impressed with the food. I tried the loaded carne asada tater tots. OMG….so much flavor! I enjoyed every bite. My boyfriend got the cheeseburger. He said it was really good, but his fries we not very hot. Service was great, very attentive and knowledgeable. I don’t live in that area but if I did I would definitely go back.

It is a fun, casual bar and grill place with great service. The gourmet style burgers delicious. We had onion rings for an appetizer and they were amazing! My wife had the mac and cheese burger and I had the garlic burger. Both very tasty. The service was great. I would highly recommend this place.

Craft Burger in the village plaza. Never been here. Had a lot of taps for IPA’s. Looks like a cool spot. Popped in for some lunch with the family. Wasn’t too busy. Sat down immediately. Waitress was great. Smile and took our order. Unfortunately, my son’s order did not come out to order specifications (they took it back and came back with no cheese in less than a minute). The world famous chili was too salty (I wouldn’t call it world famous). Too watery and it lacked texture, balance, and meat. The Asian salad was decent but the dressing was “suspect”, it was like pouring syrup. Chicken nuggets were good. Crispy. Chicken sandwiches were decent. Not bad actually. I should’ve had their smash craft burger instead. Maybe that would’ve got the food 4 stars. I do rate the food here at 3.5 stars. It’s definitely bar food. Lacks character and definitely way too much SALT!! Taste your creations or use less sodium! I still tipped my waitress as she was attentive and still smiling. I won’t be going back here unfortunately. Try it for yourself if you like. Maybe the burger and IPA will be better food experience. Cheers

Yo! This is the kinda place you’d look for in a burger joint. Wide selection of Angus beef burgers with various toppings for a CYO burger. I got stuck between three options and chose the blueberry chicken sandwich. It was tasty. The chicken wasn’t too oily from frying, and the berry compote and spread weren’t too overpowered. The sweet potato fries were tender on the inside and crisp on the outside. The PB crunch shake was great too! Not too thick. Overall will come again.

The five stars are very well deserved. Great service, amazing food and good prices. I got a build your own burger topped with Crafts’ Award winning chili, my wife got a plain cheeseburger and my daughter got the kids chicken nugget meal which came with a side and a drink. As sides we shared sweet potato fries and onion rings. My daughter got the tots. We were all amazed at the quality of the meat and ingredients. Although food was great, the service was fantastic. One of the owners took the time to stop by and chit chat with us and that means a lot. Will be going back, but this time with more people. This is a great addition to the city of Placentia.

Excellent burgers and fries! You have to try the PB&J burger paired with a blood orange Hefe ! The customer service was excellent enough to have asked the server if he was a part owner. He was attentive, responsive and took pride in his work!!

If you find yourself looking for a specific type of burger, you can build it your way at Craft Burger Co., but they also have house specials for those that don’t want to over think it.
The burgers are thick and messy, but in a good way. For burger purest like myself who enjoy a good ol fashioned cheese burger without all the fancy cheeses, sauces or buns, my burger could have done without the oil slathered brioche bun. I know we are talking burgers here, but half way through it, I became to rich and finished it without the buns. The beef patty was slightly pink and cooked well, but adding some salt bumped up the flavor.
Aside from the burger, the tots and garlic fries were fantastic. The tots were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and piping hot. The garlic fries were also served hot with lots of garlic, but not oily at all.
The onion rings were also good, but eat them while they’re hot.
Staff was friendly and attentive, food was served quickly and hot and the prices were fair.
