Excellent burger menu with a variety of free toppings, an option I haven’t found much elsewhere. Buffalo fries were fully covered with blue cheese and sauce and served in a generous portion. I’ll be back to try the other flavors!

I’d eaten at Shane’s weekly over the past few months, and I’ve even recommended them to my coworkers. One day I ordered lunch with a drink and got tea from the fountain dispenser–hours later after I finished my drink, I noticed there was something solid in my cup. To my horror, it was actually a piece of a roach. I was disgusted and I haven’t eaten there since. The food was amazing but there was no follow up from their team after I submitted a comment directly through their website. The food is good, but the cleanliness of the restaurant is questionable after finding a piece of a bug in my drink.

Walked in around 12:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday. First time visitors so took a minute to check out the menu. It was extremely difficult to decide what to get but we landed on a garlic burger, BYOB Burger, loaded fries, mac and cheese fries and regular fries. Burgers were fresh and came out within 10 minutes. Service was fantastic and was especially impressed with a hand washing station right in the middle of the restaurant. Look forward to visiting again!

I ordered a chicken sandwich, a burger, two large fries (one regular and one loaded), small wings, and a kids’ grilled cheese meal for my family tonight. After 45 minutes, the driver realized he had been given the wrong order. I told him it was okay—mistakes happen—and asked him to have the food remade since I didn’t want cold, soggy food that had been sitting out for an hour and a half.
The order was canceled and reordered, but the restaurant tried to cut corners by sending the same order that had been sitting out. They also forgot my two-year-old’s grilled cheese meal and her juice.
Upon delivery, I informed the new driver that my child’s food was missing, and she assured me she would go get it. She called the restaurant, but they falsely claimed that everything was in one bag, even though my bag had a note in Sharpie that clearly said “1/2,” clearly indicating there was a second missing bag.
I understand that food delivery may not always be perfect, but having worked in an Irish pub for a few years, I can recognize when food has been sitting out for a long time. Not only did the staff dismiss my concerns about the food being cold and soggy, but they also refused to remake my two-year-old’s dinner, which I never received.
It’s a shame because we have enjoyed their food in the past, but this experience reflected blatant ignorance and poor service/management. I tipped the drivers, and I really hope neither of them is penalized for the restaurant’s negligence.

Super delicious burger I had in a long time. Perfectly grilled patty with the burger of my choice. An amazing experience with lots of seating space, I had a delicious lunch at Craft Burger. Plus, there was halal option too: made my day!! Also got chicken tenders- very tasty!!

This is the second time in a row that we have visited Craft Burger and the service was absolutely awful. I am not sure if the Gentleman that served us and I use the term loosely is the owner or manager but he does not seem like he wants to be bothered. When we went there today we had to keep saying hello several times before someone answered and got him. He took our order never apologized for the wait. The food is great but I am not going to spend money in a place that does not seem to want nor care about my business.

I have heard so many good reviews about craft burger and I finally had the chance to try it out. The price was high but I had no problem as I’ve heard great things. However, when I asked for a build your own with a beef patty and a grilled chicken patty. My burger that I have longed to try only had chicken. No beef patty as originally ordered. I also asked for the buffalo fries without blue cheese (allergy), and the fries were covered in blue cheese!! 25$ for this incorrect order?! I am livid!!! I should’ve opened the order before leaving the store but that’s what I get for giving them the benefit of doubt. I don’t recommend this spot if you’re dying for a burger since it could come out wrong and you’d be wasting over 20$

i stopped in because a nice guy dropped off some coupons at the Verizon store I work at and he was the real reason I tried it. I am happy I did! CLEAN, respectful, patient, friendly staff & atmosphere. burger is HUGE & delicious. sweet potato fries were nice and crispy try the sauces they are really good. i will eat there for lunch anytime. The young lady who helped me make my decision was great. Check them out! (there were more fries i promise i just ate them all on the way back to work )
