I had previously placed two separate orders at another Craft Burger location, but due to repeated errors, I was left disappointed and had decided not to place any further orders. However, I was genuinely impressed when the General Manager, Abbas Lakhani, personally reached out to address the issue and work to regain my trust.
In a time when many restaurants and businesses tend to overlook customer concerns or treat them lightly, Mr. Lakhani stood out by going above and beyond. He handled the situation with remarkable professionalism, care, and sincerity. Unlike many others, he demonstrated a deep commitment not only to customer satisfaction but also to the overall success of each individual branch.
Thanks to his efforts, our family’s Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving) gathering was made even more special. Every item we received was prepared with great attention to detail and turned out absolutely outstanding.
I am truly grateful for the exceptional service Mr. Lakhani provided. His dedication and leadership are a rare example of what genuine hospitality and customer care should look like.

I really enjoyed the food! I over indulged as it was my first time here but one burger meal would have been more than enough to satisfy me! The garlic lover burger was delicious and had the perfect amount of flavor and spread. While the honey hot chicken was crispy and flavorful! Even the sides were amazing! The truffle onions rings is where it was at as well as the mac and cheese fritters! I will definitely be back!

Wow! We stopped in on a whim, but we will be back. Clean and simple restaurant with fantastic food. I got the Garlic Lover burger. It has whole roasted cloves on it, so you habe to REALLY like garlic. I also got the brussel sprouts, which are flat out amazing! Crispy, savory, and dusted with parmesan.

I usually order take-out from this place, but today I decided to dine in — and I’m so glad I did!
To be honest, I went in feeling pretty upset after having a really disappointing lunch somewhere else, but this place completely turned my day around.
The staff were super kind and helpful, especially when I was trying to order something for my baby. They gave great recommendations, and the lunch special deal was such a pleasant surprise! The sauce station and drink station were very clean and well organized, and when the food came out, it was even served to our table — just like at Burger 21.
We tried the half honey garlic and half sweet & spicy chicken, and it was delicious. I actually thought “honey garlic” was “soy garlic,” but the staff kindly explained the difference with a smile. The lady with glasses (a white woman working the counter) was so friendly and attentive — I wish I had asked her name to thank her properly!
Thanks to her and the great food, my mood completely changed. We left full, happy, and so thankful. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I ordered BYOB (Build Your Own Burger… lmfao) and kids chicken finger. BYOB was awesome with all customized ingredients. Kids chicken finger come with 3 tenders, complimentary fries (I changed upcharge 50 cents for sweet potato fries), and juice box for my baby.
Burger is awesome. Warm, juicy patty, great specialty sauces (there are tons of options!!).
My baby loved tender (it was served as hot and crispy, juicy inside).
I will visit again. Thank you Min, store manager, for all recommendations and great spot for family dinner with my 2-year old daughter.

Additionally, you can enjoy unlimited sauces for free. The place is quite and peaceful. Occasionally, finding a parking space nearby can be challenging due to the dense area filled with other stores, but this is quite rare. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at this restaurant and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to eat. I’m already planning to return to try their other dishes. Highly recommended!!

First time visiting and I was blown away by the incredible service provided by Parker. Parker was so helpful explaining the menu options, offering changes that would suit my taste and checking in on me to make sure everything was tasty. The B-L-A-T burger and sweet potato fries were delicious. Not too much salt on the fries… Thank you! I also had some Bulgogi sauce in the side… So yummy.
Would highly recommend Craft Burger and I’ll definitely be back.
