Yesterday, 12/18, we our Marketing Team holiday lunch at Craft Breww and it was terrific. There was a small snafu with the seating but it was handled well and resolved quickly.
Our server, Cheyenne (sp?), was amazing, the food was delicious… HIGHLY recommend the shrimp and cheese curds appetizers!! I ordered the fish and chips and the portion was huge, fish super crispy and hot.
Overall it was a great experience and we all enjoyed it.

Came here to celebrate a relative’s birthday. We had a pretty large group, but the service was still amazing. We had a sampling of appetizers (the SW Egg rolls were particularly good) and they had a nice selection of good local brews. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been here several times before, but today, being a work event, I really had a chance to explore a variety of the menu items. The food was EXCELLENT and the service was great. There were a lot of us but the staff was attentive and we had a really good time. I would definitely attend another event here or come back again for dinner with the family.

It’s a Friday night around 7:30/8:00 pm. It really wasn’t all that busy. The wait staff was mediocre. We constantly had to flag him down; he never checked to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. Many of the beers we ordered were “out of stock” or for a 2nd round, they ran out. My husband ordered a 16 oz stout while I ordered a 12 oz canned beer. Once the canned beer was poured, it was almost equivalent to my husband’s 16 oz draft. We deduced that their pint glass was only a 12 oz glass. We asked for a manager to address this discrepancy, but one was not available. The bartender simply provided a small 4 oz glass to compensate for the shortage, and told us moving forward he would not give us an additional pour; thus we were getting approx 13 oz at the cost of 16 oz — which is almost a $2.00 overcharge per beer. This is a beer establishment. If you’re gong to sell pint beers, you better have pint glasses!! We will not be going back.

Great experience and great atmosphere. Our waitress did a great job handling our group of 40 for a team dinner. Even with the large group and spreading out orders the food was great and came out timely.

Our server accidentally mixed up my debit card with another customer’s. Thankfully the server and patron connected me. When I came to pick up my card I asked the owner/manager, Scott, if I could also be refunded for my meal and he said no. I also let him know it will be 7-14 business days before my new card would arrive. He told be that was just a small price to pay I’m really sure why I need to “pay” for not doing anything wrong. He was very rude and didn’t want anything to do with me. I really don’t understand what I did wrong? The other patron I spoke with was given a $20 gift card so I asked if I could have the kindness of the same compensation and this really upset him. When he handed it to me I thanked him. He grunted and walked way. Again can someone explain what I did wrong here? I highly recommend not supporting this establishment due to how they treat mistakes and customers who were affected by said mistake.

This was our first time there last night and everything we had was really good. The service was excellent, we had Kim as our waitress and she was very good. The calamari was surprisingly good, the chicken Marsala was good as well. The upstairs is open with live band, which was entertaining. The cosmopolitan was made to perfection. The Brussels sprout’s were ok.. if you like the char smoke taste you would like them.
