Unknowingly went on Burger night and ordered the house burger and lavender lemon drop. One of the best burgers I’ve had in a while! Some of the drinks we ordered weren’t made correctly, but the food was delicious. For the price of the food I thought the decor would match. The Delaware Restaurant downstairs has better prices and drinks with live music.

The service was good and the food was VERY good. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is my old fashion with Angels Envy was awfully small for $15 and the resteraunt was a little cold for my wife but that’s being pretty nitpicky. I definitely recommend trying it.

I’ve been here so many times where I can confidently say this is my favorite restaurant in the Dover/New Philadelphia area.
The specials never disappoint, burger night is a steal ($12 for a new Burger, fries, and a soft drink/beer) on Wednesdays, and their menu is seasonal so you never really can get tired of the place.
I’m an eclectic eater, so it’s strange to even me that I’d choose a Modern American restaurant as my favorite, but I think the passion that Chef Eric and the staff employ into their cooking is really what has me sold.
I even catered from them and they made a fantastic meal for my friends and I. Very glad to have this restaurant in my community.

This place is the best bar none in New Philadelphia. The place isn’t cheap by any means! But you get what you pay for is true. Reservations is the best way to go and it’s excellent for a date night. The food is just fantastic! The Brussels Sprouts are amazing!! Don’t turn your nose up till you try them as an appetizer. I promise you’ll change your mind.

This was my first time coming to CRAFT. The food, service & whole experience was impeccable!!! I’ll definitely be back & highly recommend this restaurant!!! We had Beef Wellington, Garlic Yukon gold taters, mushroom risotto, garlic French green beans & delicious carrot cake for dessert.

The restaurant is very open and acoustics are not good sure to many hard surfaces, but the food was outstanding and service was excellent. We got the 42 Oz bone in Porterhouse, shared a Ceasars salad and everything about this meal was superior to a recent similar experience at a well known place in Akron. Cannot recommend it enough.
The steak on delivery our server cut into the steak and it was rare, we ordered medium rare, she took it back and it was prefecture the second time around. So much better to have it a little under than over cooked. Loved our meal.

Just had the best 30oz. ribeye I ever had at Craft Bistro & Lounge. 30 day dry aged with smoked baked beans, mashed red skin potatoes and sweet corn with scallion butter. Also had the best bartender/waitress anyone could ask for. Yes, I’ll be back.
