What can I say about this experience that hasn’t already been said. Staff is out of this world on point. From the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave, you never lose sight of the fact that they’re busy. But it doesn’t stop them from delivering a stellar experience. I had to smoked tuna tartar which is absolutely fabulous as well as the presentation. And had the truffle oil fillet which you probably is one of the best steaks I’ve ever put in my mouth. At least it’s up there and it’s own right. Highly recommend making this a stop. I will say it is pricey but you definitely get what you pay for.

Well this was a hidden gem in the high country for sure!! I’d never thought the small town of West Jefferson would have upscale dining like Craft!! A couple of VERY small critiques. My wife had the duck which was cooked perfectly, just needed to be rendered a bit more! Mashed potatoes ratio to duck and broccoli was a bit much.. my dish was fantastic!!! Fish was cooked to PERFECTION and I don’t say that often! Our appetizers were the smoked oysters with giant caviar, and the lamb pops… amazing!! HIGHLY recommended!!! We will be back!

Wow, this place is exceptional. From the food to the staff, I don’t have a single complaint. The food was extraordinary. The scallops were so delicious, I will probably dream about them in my sleep. The butter they serve with the bread is the best butter I have ever had, and I have been to MANY high quality restaurants. No joke, it will change your life.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Craft Bistro. We had 5 different appetizers in lieu of entrées. The Shrimp Toast was my favorite but all were top notch. We also had the most amazing Bread Pudding for dessert. The martinis were prepared perfectly and they have a nice wine list too. Service was friendly and professional. Can’t wait to go back.

Enjoyed the wine dinner at Craft Bistro tonight. Delicious food and great wine pairings! The staff,chef,owners, servers and wine consultant were all wonderful. Had a great night relaxing and enjoying good food and wine with Impeccable service. Definitely will be back!

Oh my god if there was a higher rating than five stars, I would so give this lovely little gem whatever that would be. The food was outstanding, and I mean every single thing we had. The service was top-notch, quite frankly the best I’ve had in years. If you are looking for some outstanding dining fair that is completely reasonably priced, this is your spot! We had the PEI mussels and steak tartare for apps, and they were amazing!! Followed with the Chilean sea bass( sublime) the duck ( the glaze was magnificent!) and the special- the fillet with truffle sauce ( cooked to perfection- melted in my mouth). Dessert was the bread pudding ( to die for!), the key lime pie ( seriously…) and the creme brulee ( i am out of adjectives. ) this is a must try if you are within a 70 mile drive, seriously!
