Wait time was good for 3 people, but it was busy! Service was absolutely amazing: each staff member was hardworking and friendly. Food was pretty good. Love the variety! Nothing out-of-this-world in terms of taste, but the food had good flavors, was fresh, presented well, and hot!

Large portions of fresh, tasty diner favorites. Definitely the best possible name as they were indeed Cracking and Stackin.
Full diner breakfast and lunch menue.
Busy, but entire staff made sure we had all needed and coffee was topped off.
We had the omelettes and bursting with great taste and yummy. Denver and meat lovers with avocado.
Good medium roast coffee too…

I was in the mood for a skillet type breakfast, did a quick Google search and this place came up. Wow! We were so impressed with the food! The orange juice is fresh squeezed. We complimented the chef/manager, Cesar Garcia as he came out to greet us, and was even more impressed with how warm and friendly he was. He told us a little of his background, and he was a Su Chef at Mandalay Bay until he decided to move to his wife’s hometown❤️You can taste the love and quality ingredients. I highly recommend. The prices are amazing too! Top notch for deliciousand huge portions of food, fast and friendly service, and prices. We were on a road trip and stopped at this place twice! They are only open until 2pm, and specialize in amazing, gourmet pancakes, but serve all kinds of breakfast.. I’m going to try the eggs benedict next, I hear it’s a must try. They also have lunch!!!

Great breakfast! Chris was an outstanding server. Buckwheat pancakes are tasty. The biscuits are gravy were the best we ever had! The bacon and sausage were even good! Hasbrowns were crispy and eggs were cooked perfectly. Excellent! Good quantity, great quality!

I loved this place before but today I learned that you can order gluten free in any flavor! (it is cooked where the regular pancakes are so NOT helpful for those with celiacs.) I ordered the pumpkin and it did not disappoint

Omy goodness this place is awesome!
The food was so good. I had red velvet pancakes, eggs and bacon and enjoyed every bite!
The food, atmosphere, and service was comforting. It had a “I just visited Grandma’s” feel to it.
I highly suggest this place if you are looking for a nice “home like” experience.

The pancakes are huge with so many cool options. Omelet and fries/hash browns were all very good. Bacon cooked perfect in my opinion but look for yourself. Staff were all very friendly and accommodated our group of 10. Definitely a family restaurant/breakfast place vibes but they have a lot of options.

Tasty breakfast and brunch place with excellent pancakes. Many different batter choices available with choice of toppings. We had coconut batter with blueberry topping. Taste of Hawaii. Also the lemon blueberry batter which had a slight hint of lemon. Ham Benedict had a tasty sauce. All portions were huge and so we had leftovers for next day breakfast. Service was prompt and courteous. Parking was slightly difficult when the restaurant was full

I’ve been coming here monthly for about a year. I got to brag on these guys. They do a great job. The food is always consistently good and the service is outstanding. Today I had the veggie omelette and it was delicious.
