I love this place! The service is great, the servers are my favorite, n the cook is great too. She tries to accommodate everyone’s wants, the food has always been amazing.
If u want a great breakfast either to go or sit down there this is the place to choose!!
Just wish they were open on Sunday, or open Lil later throughout day… ❤️

My dad and I eat here more often than we do anywhere else by a long shot. It rarely happens, but today I came in with my dad at exactly 1 o’clock.
But, i had a strong feeling the staff have been talking under their breath when we come in at 1. Realistically that’s enough to sit down and eat, but it took them 40 minutes to get the food to us.
So, I have no problem eating quickly, however I don’t want to rush a delicious double cheeseburger.
Secondly, my dad has swallowing problems so it takes him double or more time it takes me to finish.
But today they shared their opinions vocally about someone needs to eat and leave and they didn’t want to be here at 3.
It took my dad until 2 on the dot to finish, when I heard a staff member say “I wonder what this customer would do if I added 36 dollars to their tab because they won’t leave”
And I’m just appalled at the lack of dignity and respect for diners.
Horrible, environment for a dining situation. I felt myself being provoked, and instead of prison I’ll stay home from now on

Dropped in on a Saturday morning for breakfast. Pretty standard diner setup with counter space, booths and tables. Has that been here a while vibe. I’d say the staff was very pleasant rather than friendly. I ordered a couple of breakfast biscuits, smoked ham, egg and cheese and country ham egg and cheese. I was hoping a place like this would have the smoked ham carved off a ham bone but it was just a couple of slices of thin sliced processed ham. That was disappointing but the country ham was everything it should have been. Nicely salty, tender enough to get a good bite and solid enough to get a good jaw work out. They kept the coffee cup full with decent coffee too. Overall good experience but skip the smoked ham.

I got my food to go waited over 30 minutes for my food and when I finally got my food my grits and eggs have been sitting there so long that they were cold I ordered cheese and my grits and eggs therefore the cheese didn’t melt because it was all cold

Bacon cheeseburger was good. Wasn’t a fan of the fries. Mashed potatoes and gravy tasty as was the fried okra.

This place is a hidden treasure. My family all greatly enjoyed our breakfast. If you are looking for a southern style breakfast you cannot go wrong. We had eggs over easy, corned beef hash, home fries with gravy and everything was delicious. And the pricing is so reasonable! I don’t know that I could buy the ingredients myself for much less. The service was great and the food came out quickly. Five stars for sure.
