Great service! We were a large party and they did amazing in accommodating us. Jojo our server had lots of patience and was friendly. Our food was good. I love the shop.I always find some nice fi ds to take home!!!

Never been, so this was a first for us. My youngest insisted (must be the memes or the Tiktok drama). I found everything a bit salty and that’s saying something for me who normally loves salt. Portions are enormous, so consider what you order. Place was lively and friendly, although the two babies having melt downs didn’t agree.

It was so nice the atmosphere the service the food all of it just all came together and complimented each other. I really enjoyed myself and the food was served with so much hospitality and our server just kept checking on us and making sure out glasses were never empty.. he had such a beautiful and humble personality.. really enjoyed and was awed by his service.. thank you John for making my first experience with Cracker Barrel the best. The food was seasoned perfectly.. and of course the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming with so much history on there walls.. thank you again for the experience.

I ordered take out and waited in my car where it was the pick-up area. The nice young lady brought my meal out. We ordered the Ribs with sides rice and corn. The meal looked delicious except we noticed the rice container was not filled up all the way. We also ordered the smoked chicken breast, mashed potatoes with gravy and green beans. Looked delicious.

I have always love cracker barrel this location is to close to tourists so I feel like them over charge and lack on hospitality. We were seated at first right next to a big table loud and lots going on. I asked to be moved and the waitress seemed upset by that. The table behind us complained the whole time about their eggs being way under cooked and runny and I was worried my husband’s would be the same as he hates under cooked eggs. His turned out to be very done almost burnt. The food came but I was missing my biscuits and gravy which came almost by the time I was done. Plus they were cold and hard so I ate half a one and left everything else. The apples were good and cheese hash browns always good. My husband did really like his steak tips they were moist and flavorful. Even his pancakes were good and we both loved the little bottle of syrup that came warmed up was really good. The waitress did not keep drinks full or bring out food together. The guy Joshua didn’t help us but wish he would have seemed to be very easy going and super friendly he made sure the fireplace logs were moved around to get it warm and cozy he seated and cleared tables with ease. He was talkative and nice. Our waitress Danielle not so much. The Philippines host or guy that seated us also not so nice. Restaurant was clean bathrooms clean merchandise was being stocked but not a lot was priced.

Food was delicious and perfect. Came out promptly and better than expected. This was our first time eating at a Cracker Barrel and can’t wait to go again. The service was beyond expectation. Absolutely the friendliest staff ever. My pancakes were a bit on darker side but I was just fine with them, I like them like that, but a manager walked by and asked if I was content with them which I said they were fine and a couple mins later, a waitress brought me a new order bc her boss couldn’t have me eating them like that… We enjoyed every aspect of our visit and the store is another wonderful place. We bought many items that we wouldn’t find back home anywhere. Such a variety from clothes to decor to candies and such. Best experience in a restaurant ever!
