Stopped in for a late Sunday lunch and we were seated fairly quickly, though the restaurant was full the day of our visit. Staff were working hard to insure guests were being served and food was being brought out promptly.

The service gal was really nice and funny. The interior has Cool decorations and family atmosphere. I loved the giant fireplace. The food was lacking in flavor sadly. I received gift cards for Christmas. I won’t return or recommend.

This was our second time at Cracker Barrel. The first one was in Texas when we fell in love with this restaurant network. So, we were happy to visit Cracker Barrel in Las Vegas. The service was excellent from the first minute. The young man, whose name was Devon (I hope I spelled it correctly) was more than amazing! He was enough attentive and not annoying at the same time. Golden middle way! Also, he could easily recommend me what to choose from their menu when I said what I wished to try. The drinks were served in a few minutes. The dishes (3 breakfasts in total) were also served quickly and all together. The maple syrup was served warm as it should be. The food in general was very delicious. Our coffee cups were never empty. Each penny we paid for our visit at Cracker Barrel was worth it. If we visit Las Vegas again, we will definitely come back again!

Service was poor, though polite. Several tables seated 10 to 15 minutes after us and attended by our waitress were served their meals before our order came out. My food was cold though it looked good and tasted amazing, I believe it sat too long from cook to table. Water and drinks were not refilled and sat empty even after requesting a refill.

We tried this restaurant chain for the first time. It’s brunch time on Saturday so they’re pretty busy and we were informed of the 25 minute wait but it only took 15 for our table to be ready. Wifey ordered the French toast and fried chicken and she loved it. She finished her plate which is not common for her being a small appetite person. My young daughter on the other hand rated the grilled cheese, Mac and Cheese as a “Ok” She prefers IHOP or Denny’s when it comes to kids meal. We plan to visit again to try other food on the menu but maybe on the days and hours that are less busy.

Server was friendly and the manager on duty, but the other three we came into contact with weren’t. Oh well, right? Good food though!!

Ok. First I like the place. You walk into a store. It has holiday items and “County” accessories. Pretty nice home decor. Restaurant is an open space feel. Now the plater. It’s ok and delicious. It is not terrible at all. The sampler is a little small. But then again I was really hungry so I wanted something bigger. First time experience. The server was ok. He did forget my wife’s fries. I spoke with server and asked for a box for her fried chicken and fries to go. He seemed a little bother. However, he was bother of himself that he forgot.

Classic American country food. Service was just right. Not rushed…everyone at our table were able to sit and relax…put their phones away for an hour…just sit..and talk to one another.

First time coming here, the food was just ok, small portions. Service was super slow, was waiting for drinks for a while, didn’t get my beignets till the end , so we just took them with our drinks to go! Not worth the 40+min wait! They have a nice gift shop and rocking chairs to wait outside.

This is an updatedreviewas of 7/04/23. The food quality is still in a downward spiral and the service is understandably falling apart due to lack of structure and poor management!! This review is done with the intention of being very honest about our meal, not about the employees that work tirelessly to give the customer service every single night!.— Now, I normally love walking through the door of Cracker Barrell, but tonight was not one of those nights!. We were seated fairly quickly and the drinks were ordered and brought to the table with the same speed, dinner on the other hand was an experience that I don’t want to do any time soon. We went to place our order and I wanted to try a new item on the menu and I was told that it wasn’t available so I ordered the fried chicken with two (2) country sides. The first side was the ever popular ‘ hash brown casserole and fried okra’ and my wife ordered a sampler breakfast, along with my daughter ordering a steak ‘ Medium rare and deep fried shrimp ‘. The first part of this dinner was having to wait for a hour and ten minutes for the food to make it to our table and the second part of our experience was getting the food and not being able to really eat any of it.. Everything from the complimentary biscuits, corn muffins, the sausage from my wife’s meal , my daughters steak to the chicken and okra were either severely over cooked or under cooked and at that point we brought the issue to our server and she immediately had the manager come to our table. This issue was handled with the upmost professionalism from our server and the manager and I know we’ll return to eat at another time.
