We had to wait almost ten minutes before our initial drink order was taken. We combined our drink and meal orders. The food arrived in a timely manner. Our food was prepared well and we enjoyed every bite. We had to request steak sauce and ketchup twice. We were seated near the fireplace which made our environment a little too warm but we managed. Overall, the service was extremely slow but the food was cooked to standard.

I have visited this location twice. I’m in Gallup 1 week a month and have gotten a takeout meal both times. 2 different days, a Sunday and Thursday. I ordered the New York strip steak both times. The first time I ordered it rare. The meat was not only well done, it passed well done. Last night I ordered medium rare, it was medium well with on spot, smaller than a quarter and about 1/2 inch long that was slightly pink. I have visited many Cracker Barrel locations and this one is the worst. Do yourself a favor; if you want a steak dinner in Gallup, go to Denny’s.

We were seated. Wait get our drink like 15 minutes and no glasses cups just go cups. Food arrived close to about 40 minutes. Had ask for the bread. But didn’t get our bread basket until was done with my dinner plate. First time experience something like this. Not sure if waitress was new or just busy time. Hope next time be better. Since her transfer from Texas, the atmosphere has completely transformed. I’ve been coming to this place for years, and while the experience was once fairly mediocre, her presence has elevated it tremendously. The service is now superb, the environment more enjoyable, and the overall experience well worth every visit. Christina is truly worth every penny, and together with Angel, they have set a new standard of excellence.

Due to the change in overnight parking rule. Our Family, who travel America, have made eating at cracker barrel part of our travel life. our children look forward to staying the night, as they know we always eat a meal and shop the store. Tonight we make a stand, we will eat else where… CB lost a minimum of $60 Tonight.

My wife is a traveling nurse and we’re from Florida. The Cracker Barrel’s in Florida don’t offer the hamburger steak. So when we saw that this Cracker Barrel does offer the hamburger steak, we were beyond excited! We ordered two for curbside pickup. When we pulled in I texted my parking spot and waited. We waited for about ten minutes before my wife decided she should go in to see why we hadn’t received our order yet. Because it definitely should have been since I placed the order about an hour before. Turns out that there was another order for someone with the same last name whose order wasn’t ready. My wife saw our order sitting on the shelf behind the staff member’s shoulder and had to point it out to her so we could get our food. The food was delicious!

Seated quickly. Food is good. However if you have allergies there will not be many options on menu. You can however order items separately. Ladies were quick to refill our drinks and bring us what we asked for. Always love the gift shop! So many cute and fun items.

The server took a while to get our drink order. Our food was delivered by other servers. Our server didn’t check on us. Another server refilled our drinks, checked on us. I had to wait for the check from the server. Which took about 15 minutes after we were finished with our dinner. When I asked for the check the server seemed irritated. His name is Samual “Sam” on his name tag. The lady that was very helpful I didn’t get her name. But she made the dinner more at ease by stepping up by making sure we were served our dinner. This was at Gallup, NM. Restaurant.
