First time going and I was impressed with the food, atmosphere and service. Our waitress was very attentive throughout our meal until we left. The pancakes and biscuits were the best. My parents loved their meals and coffee. I love how they serve the syrup in little glass bottles. The service was fast and restaurant was clean and inviting. They have a great staff. It’s a place that I definitely recommend going.

Had a grandma’s breakfast and the food was good. However, the donut dessert was terrible, hard as a rock, and came out with BBQ sauce for dipping. Who dips donuts in BBQ? That’s disgusting. They did not comp the dessert. Watermelon lemonade is very strong. Good for regular lemonade drinkers though. Crowded, noisy atmosphere. Server was good.

Host told us their online wait time is completely different from the in person waiting list. We ended up waiting a whole hour. When we got our food it was cold as ice and a steak we had ordered has to be sent back twice before we told them you know what it’s okay everyone else is done eating. Better off going to first watch. Our server was amazing though! He was helping and kind. I understand that the server isn’t at fault for any food issues.

I have always had breakfast when I eat here. I finally ate something different. However, I was very disappointed with the size of the portions versus breakfast. Was good, but the fish was the size of a large chicken nugget. First time ever leaving Cracker Barrel hungry.

Fantastic food. Still one of the best places to eat out and not spend $80. Portions are large and most meals come with sides and biscuits.

Hadn’t been to a Cracker Barrel in years, but was craving the Chicken and Noodles. I was surprised to find they sell alcohol now. Took a bit for the server to bring my drink and bread basket….then dinner came directly after (which was fine). After a short time she dropped the check. After eating and people watching I went in to find some cool candy to take home. When I went to the cash register I said to myself, “wow that’s a lot for dinner and a few sweets”. $46.20 I paid it and headed straight home. When I arrived home I noticed that I purchased SOUR dots on paper. I hate SOUR so I looked at the receipt to see what I paid for them and contemplated on returning it the next day on the way to work (since it’s right down the street from my office). It was then that I realized that my gut was right…I was over charged by a lot! I called to get a refund at that time the manager told me I had to drive all the way back if I wanted a refund. I told him of course I want a refund….I said I’ll stop by tomorrow on my way to work. He then told me I had to come back NOW to get it. I was like why?…He said the system wouldn’t let him refund me on a different day….really? So I got dressed and drove the 20 mins back. The manager refunded me. But, before I left I looked at the receipt to make sure it was correct and noticed he refunded a totally different credit card and dinner total. At this point I’m getting pissed. I had to wait for him to come back up to the counter. I told him he didn’t refund the correct card. He then did it again…finally to my card. He never even apologized to me for the inconvenience. And the part that really made me upset was he didn’t need my card to do the transaction. I get that people aren’t always honest and he would need to verify my charge….but come on! You HAVE to do it the same day?…And have to have me in front of you. Not a happy camper. It will be another 5-10 years before I’ll go back. Sorry Cracker Barrel!!
