I had a really great time. The food was really good. It was that comfort food that I am always craving. The staff was friendly, even checking out with the cashier. I love the country store and seeing all the goodies that they have. The closest one to my house is about two hours away because I live in San Diego .I had the joy of going to Phoenix,AZ and they have an array of locations. Can’t wait to go again.

I Used to Love Cracker Barrel! Now, I will Never Return!! Young idiotic greedy “woke” kids with daddy’s money have bought the corporation, almost Doubled the Prices & Changed the recipes of dishes we Loved, & either think we won’t notice or don’t care… Wrong!!!

The Menu is 11 Pages, Seriously, and not everything has Prices!
Food looked horrible, portions are smaller, prices are greatly increased, but tasted good… Different, but tasty.

On September 4, we entered a Sparkly Musical Christmas Store!! Christmas in September?!! The other half of the Store was cluttered with Gigantic Plastic Junk.
I couldn’t bear to shop, and that has always been a favorite part of the Cracker Barrel experience for me. I used to spend Lots of time and money in the store, but the combination of Christmas music and Monstrous Temu Huge plastic animals was overwhelming & distracting from the lovely clothing, collectibles, home accents, tasteful toys, and all those hidden gems we’ve grown to love.
I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
Bless those kind & delightful young people working so hard for a place that is Doomed…. So Sad…

Pancakes are awesome here. The country ham and the steak and eggs was also delicious. Our drinks were never empty and everything was clean.

We like the Cracker Barrel!
I have to admit the quality of the food seems to have gone down somewhat since they tried to change the logo. The hamburger steak was smaller and my wife said it tasted like shoe leather. She had to send the potato casserole back because it was served cold and it was dry. (By the way it normally comes out cold and has to be sent back.)
Service was only 3 stars because, although our waitress was good, upon arrival we had to wait for the host and even had to go into the restaurant to find him. The restaurant wasn’t not even half full, so why the wait?
My chicken fried chicken with white gravy was good, but the there was little gravy and it was way too thick and barely warm.
The waitress was very pleasant and understood we were not complaining, but giving feedback that she shared with the kitchen.
On your app, my wife had achieved enough stars to apply a discount for a meal or a $15 discount on a store purchase – EXCEPT the fine print said we had to purchase at least $75 to get the discount! That’s just wrong. What’s the point of the point system if you get all the benefit?
We will continue to patronize Cracker Barrel, but we would like to see some improvements. We would like to know that our feedback has some value.

Our server Christy P was very friendly and helpful. I told her we haven’t been here in a while and she welcome us back and went over the new menu items with us. She did make sure to refill my coffee cup twice during our visit. She is so charming.

The waitress Kaycie(sp) didn’t smile much but she was very attentive, the food was delicious and it is reasonably priced. I enjoyed it immensely. I rarely eat out but it’s a pleasure when you get there and it’s great.

Chicken fried chicken was good. Wish there was more gravy but I’m a gravy person. Chicken was moist and cooked well. Generous portion too. Pot roast was a bit bland but I’d imagine that’s on pupose…add your own salt and pepper. Meat was tender and portion also good. The buttermilk pie was an awesome way to end the meal. Service was good. Waitress kept our drinks coming / refilled. Never fulfilled a few of our other requests like ‘to go’ boxes but we didn’t let it affect our overall experience. Overall fairly good food and service with room for improvement. Definitely willing to stop in again.

A great place to eat if you’re looking for warm and friendly southern hospitality along with delicious home cooked food like grandma makes. Honestly This will be my 3rd visit to a Cracker Barrel and I prefer the dinner menu over breakfast. The meatloaf is delicious as well as the batter fried fish, homemade biscuits and turnip greens. The cornbread muffins are moist and taste ok however, not sweet enough to my liking. I would definitely eat here again to try other dinner items. The store is nice as well lots of inexpensive items from clothing to decor.
