Food wasn’t good. I got the new chicken and bacon or something was burnt and gave it burnt flavor. Even the cornbread was well done. My sweet potato was swimming in everything else, had more everything else than sweet potato. My mac and cheese was the only thing that tasted good. The server was nice, but the cook’s need to actually be trained or not left without experience to help them.

Came on a Saturday evening, restaurant was not even half full waited in line for 15-20 min jus to even be seated, because they were “waiting” for the bus boy to clean 3 empty tables. All these open tables and they can’t sit anyone, where is the bus boy during business hours? I used to be a server, and had to sit here and bus my own tables to able to sit clients and not have them waiting. I love cracker barrel and it’s food hands down, but the service at this location sucks, last time I came didn’t have a good experience either but I didn’t leave a bad review, but this time, this was too much

So much for nostalgia! We have been going to Cracker Barrel for generations and decided to take the next generation, accordingly. It was a complete mistake! The service was poor at best . We waited on drinks, waited on refills and waited to order. The catch is we were one of two tables in the section. Moreover, once we got the order it was not what we ordered! So after another wait and the food was cold! If the food had been hot, it simply did not have the comforting taste that we had been accustomed to. The waitress was very nonchalant as though she was doing us a favor. The highlight was the explaining the wall coverings. this is definitely a place where the memory will remain just that a memory. In this case it is a bad one and last one!

Greak atmosphere for breakfas, lunch, or dinner. I personally love their pankakes but they have plenty of of options to choose from. The store has plenti of items. If you are visiting from out of state this is a good place to eat and get some souvenirs at the same time

I ordered mama’s pancake and They were so thin . When they’re that thin you don’t get the taste of the pancake .The manager took them to the back to remake them so she said .I took her for her work and I get home and get ready-to-eatThey were the same thing pancakes The first batch had 4 when she gave them back to me I had 3 of the flat pancakes. The receptionist at the register for the take out order was very pleasant and kind the gentleman that took my order also was pleasant and kind The manager came across as being pleasant and kind but she was not because she did not make me more pancakes she brought me the same ones back out . But I will go and buy candles or something like that potato chips I would not buy pancakes for them again I will go to the one in Kingwood they do the right thing
