From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with how clean and inviting the store side was. The country-style décor and well-stocked shelves made it fun to browse while I waited to be seated. Everything was tidy and organized, and it really set the tone for a comfortable visit.
The hostess greeted me right away with a big smile, and she was both polite and genuinely friendly. That first impression carried through the whole meal. The staff as a whole were very welcoming, which made me feel right at home.
I ordered the chicken fried steak with dumplings, mac and cheese, and hash brown casserole. The chicken fried steak was cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, smothered in flavorful gravy. The dumplings tasted just like homemade, soft and comforting. The mac and cheese was creamy, cheesy, and rich without being overwhelming, and the hash brown casserole was golden, cheesy, and perfectly seasoned. Each side complemented the main dish beautifully, and together it was a hearty, satisfying meal.
My waitress was excellent—extremely polite, attentive, and quick to check in on me without ever being intrusive. She made sure my drink stayed filled, asked if I needed anything else at the right times, and brought my food out promptly. Her kindness and attentiveness really stood out and made the meal that much more enjoyable.
Overall, the entire experience was outstanding. Between the clean and charming store, the welcoming staff, the delicious food, and the top-notch service, Cracker Barrel delivered on every level. I left full, happy, and already looking forward to my next visit.

The family and I had a wonderful night! The food was absolutely amazing, my husband had the chicken fried steak and I had steak and shrimp. The best part of our experience, especially for our daughters was our server Peyton! She definitely made sure we were taken care of and she is soo kind! This location is greatly staffed with such nice people and they sure do keep it tidy!

This is a great option for families. I’ve been here several times with my family for Sunday brunch and Friday dinner. The portions are hearty so usually my wife and I order the four piece southern fried chicken with two side salads. I recently joined their rewards program and I tell you, it’s well worth it.

Cracker Barrel is not the place they used to be. They are still a good family restaurant, but the service and food quality is not what it used to be. On this occasion the bread that was served with out meal was not the standard one would expect, our biscuits were small and not vey fresh quite hard and no flavorful, chicken was greasy, green beans were great. The prices seemed to out run the quality and quantity.

Everyone love CB, because it is home cooked food done right every time. They employees seem like they enjoy working there, a big plus. I love the fireplace when it going, I just love it. When I dine there I want to slow down and step into someone else’s home for a meal.

I normally eat here at least once a month. I believe when someone is doing good, acknowledge it, and when it’s poor, the same. My last visit to this establishment was in fact the worse service I’ve ever had on this visit. Now normally I would be leaving a appreciation acknowledgement at this time. I don’t know if I chose to eat here during a shift change or what caused this unfortunate accourance. I still give it a 3 star the quality was as normal excellent, but it took forever to arrive, and the beverage order was wrong. I’ll still visit this establishment just not at 2:30 pm.

I had a call in order. And I knew to prior call in/ take outs that had an option of sides. I was never giving the opportunity to select my sides. I am allergic to sweet potatoes which came with my meal, because I was never giving a choice. I love Cracker Barrel, but I will not be ordering anymore. I paid for my meal but never ate a bite , because it came with sweet potatoes

Very homely and good service. The chicken and dumplings were like slop, but the chicken fried steak and other basic item were on point. Over all good environment as far as quality of people and staff. Gift shop was freaking amazing, I liked literally everything they had .
