First time here. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Love the country store theme. Food was good, a bit greasy on the hash browns and the toast. Picture shows plate is NOT Clean. I did note that to the server. Cracker Barrel change your plates they are old.

Best ever experience at Cracker Barrel.
We arrived at 12:02 a very busy time. Signed in and were sitted within 7 minutes.
Jayden was a 2 star waitress with 4 star service. Only waited about 10 minutes for hot and delicious foo!!!
Jayden even wrote a note on our receipt. Well done. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been to many Cracker Barrels across the country since I travel a lot for work. Most of them are about the same when it comes to décor and atmosphere, it’s a chain, after all. What set this location apart wasn’t the atmosphere or the food, but the service.
My wife and I decided to have dinner with our kids, who attend Ouachita Baptist University, since we only get to see them on the weekend. Our daughter suggested Cracker Barrel, and I didn’t expect anything out of the ordinary. The greeter was just okay, probably a college student working part time, and honestly didn’t seem too enthusiastic. So I wasn’t expecting much.
But then we met our server, Diana, and she completely changed the experience. Diana was warm, friendly, and always smiling. She kept our drinks topped off, checked in regularly, and made sure we had everything we needed. I’ve dined at 5-star restaurants all over the country, and the level of service Diana provided was right up there with them.
She truly made our little family get together feel special. It’s rare these days to see young people with such genuine enthusiasm and customer service skills. Too often, you see the bare minimum and unhappy attitudes, but not from Diana. Whoever hired her deserves credit, because she is exactly the kind of employee who makes the difference between a business just getting by and one that thrives.
As someone who works with clients all the time, I know firsthand that it’s service, and how you treat people, that keeps them coming back. When you treat customers like guests in your own home, you create loyalty for life.
So, thank you, Diana, for making our family dinner one of the best we’ve had.

My husband and I have food allergies. Alice, the manager was very knowledgeable and super accommodating. She treated us well, not like we were difficult bc if our specials needs. We didn’t even need to get out glasses on to read the menu! Our server Maddie was friendly, helpful and had a big smile. She also went the extra mile for us! The food was good too! Thank you all! I keep a travel journal so if we get back through this way, we will be back!

The last time I went here I actually had a horrible experience the waiter was a young man and saw that I was dining by myself and practically threw my food at me didnt refill my coffee and acted like I was bothering him when I asked him to take my plates before I was served dessert the food was OK but because of the overt bias and the way I was treated( by the way I should note that a nice older couple showed up after me and the waiter was very attentive and friendly to them and other tables that so thats how I came to the conclusion that he was prob thinking about who was going to tip him the most and assumed I wasn’t because I dine alone but in reality I am a very generous person and tip well because I used to work in the food industry and know how it is) anyways I decided to bury the hatchet and give this location a second chance, the food was ok I had the honey butter chicken they ran out of ingredients to make a salad so I got green beans and fries the chicken was for the most part good it was too sweet but it was to be expected the fries took longer to come out and were too hot to eat right away but ended up being quite tasty and the carrot cake was especially delicious the waitress I belive her name is Diana was on it and didn’t let my cup of coffee get empty and cleared the table before bringing the carrot cake and asking if I needed anything for that reason alone I decided that maybe getting bad service was a one off and decided to be a return customer

They let me bring my bobtail (no trailer) semi into the lot. They were extremely wonderful when I asked if it would be okay for me to do so.
The meatloaf was really good and my server, Tiffany, was very polite and kept my drink filled.
I would love to come back again if Im ever in town without my trailer.

We came in on December 20 a couple days before Christmas and had the Big easy steak and shrimp and wow was it good. The service there is excellent top notch. The food cam quickly and was delicious. My wife had the country sampler and it was very good she enjoyed it. The gal at checkout was very helpful and enrolled me in rewards and it was a very kind discount for being military. We are locals so we will definitely be coming back.

I normally enjoy eating at C/B, my wife not so much. When I’m the road for work solo I usually try and hit a C/B at least once but this time we stopped at this C/B much to our displeasure. Since it was at night and had to drive a few more hours I ordered Coffee and as another reviewer noted there was no Coffee made…Really? I ordered the Chicken & Dumplings only to be disappointed. Also wife is Gluten Intolerant so her menu options are limited. She asked the server about the size of their Baked Potatoes and she was clueless. Finally the server brought out a “Gluten Free” menu which was several pages of information intended for cooks and servers that you had to decipher. She finally just ordered Grilled Chicken Tenders however the sides came out cold, which were replaced. We were also disappointed that we could not order any items from the Early Bird section although it was a few minutes afterwards. We would have paid the additional cost. Also, REALLY disappointed in the “new” Menu! Ugh! Like others said, not sure if I’ll be back, especially this store!

Our server , Baylee, was great! She handled our frustrations well. It was very hard for her to tell us that there was no coffee only which is the weirdest thing we’ve ever heard of this restaurant. They have no coffee that we did not get biscuits if we had pancakes in our order. Have never heard that before have never not given biscuits and cornbread for our mail. We would have to wait 15 minutes for the hash brown casserole. They were not prepared for that either way, I’m sorry to complain. We will not be back to any other Cracker Barrel between their sign issue and their new menu. It is just not goinh to work for us after 25 to 30 years of going to Cracker Barrel one of our favorite places to stop on the road and even in town Where we live!
Too bad Cracker Barrel has tried to make all these changes. They had something good and now they don’t.
And on the way out, the ladies restroom was a mess

This place brings me so much joy!! Not only is it great food but the service is impeccable! Kylie was friendly and helpful. I ordered the grilled chicken tenders with fried apples and steak fries. She made sure everything was plated well and all my food came out at the same time. When we asked for anything she was quick to come to our aid! Definitely recommend Cracker Barrel and heavily recommend dining with Kylie Peters.
