Save your time and money, by far the worst place to eat. We had uncooked food. Waited over 15 mins for them to take our drink order which the waitress was rude about it. Then gave us a bunch of excuses about why she couldn’t take order of drinks along with taking our food order. We were treated unfairly. We weren’t checked on while we were there. Our food was trash and we had raw meat which I brought to the manager’s attention. I also had to get my own silverware. We didn’t even eat all of our food. Maybe I came on a bad day. I am only speaking on my experience while here. Crackle Barrel do better !

Went in 04/15/23. Ashley was the best. I had a rough morning and needed to treat myself to a good breakfast and service, and the Lord knew she was just what I needed. Ordered Cheeseburgers with fries and a side salad. Their salads are always fresh, and we really like them. Cheeseburgers were large and very good. Fries overcooked and overseasoned, but we were taken care of by management.

The food looked nothing like the commercial. The portions were small. The tomatoes on my salad were rotten. Our wait staff rarely showed up for anything. Our hashbrown casserole was nothing but burnt crispy fried potatoes with overcooked cheese. Was horrible. Won’t go back.

This is the worst experience I have every had. The food was cold. The steak was supposed to be medium well but there was blood showing. They put my fried okra on the same plate as my meal so the okra nothing but mush. Went back to return meal I forgot apple pie at home. The manager got smart and ask me if I enjoyed the pie. I told him I haven’t tasted it. So he end up returning only my money for the meal. Made me pay for pie and keep my tip. If I was them I would have comped my whole meal and gave me a gift certificate so I would come back but right now I’ll never go back there I don’t mean to play the race card but I am a black woman
