I genuinely enjoy the store and rocking chairs at Cracker Barrel. The atmosphere is family oriented and slightly rustic. The noise levels are moderate and depend on how busy they are. I enjoy their food, especially the meatloaf and braised pot roast. Their prices are a little on the high side for lunch, compared to other places nearby. Finally, I would say their staff are pretty great! They are usually very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend!

Food is always good. We happened to have an exceptional waitress this time. My wife, was looking in the gift shop, when our food arrived. The waitress, without being asked, tracked her down and told her the food was ready. Cracker Barrel may have a rep as an old person’s restaurant, but that really should change. The food is always good and plentiful. Service was Top Notch

The waitress was great. The food was bad. I ordered there new BBQ bacon cheese burger waited a while for the food to come out even though there was less then half of the dinning room. Realize how it’s a cheese burger. There was about a table spoon of cheese on the plate it looked like it had been scraped off the burger. The burger was cold it had clearly been siting under the heating light the bottom of the bun was wrinkly and Wet. I asked about the cheese it was taken back and clearly had a slice of cheese put on then got microwaved which made the burger extremely Dry. Over all the food was bad. Even the frys were lack luster. They were so greasy that it would leave a film and just the taste of grease in your mouth.

Most Cracker Barrel restaurants get a 5 star, but not anymore. The quality of the food has changed. Remember the 100% pure maple syrup? Not anymore, it’s 50% maple syrup and 50% cane syrup, which is pure sugar from sugar cane being boiled to make syrupy sugar! Then the eggs are smaller, the ham tougher, gravy not as good and the list goes on. I understand they are trying to save money, but now they put themselves in the same class as Denny’s!

They have this new Signature Fried Apple French Toast Bake on the Fall Menu to die fall. I don’t have a sweet tooth but their butter pecan syrup was not too sweet and it was just nice over the dish
The deco and store is awesome too, lots of vanity stuff to look out for. The cast iron pans is what I’m getting

We went to tbe Cracker Barrel in Topeka and realized we hadn’t been to one in several years because there just isn’t one close to us. We were so pleased with the food and the server was fantastic. The visit brought back fond memories.

This is the worst experience I have every had. The food was cold. The steak was supposed to be medium well but there was blood showing. They put my fried okra on the same plate as my meal so the okra nothing but mush. Went back to return meal I forgot apple pie at home. The manager got smart and ask me if I enjoyed the pie. I told him I haven’t tasted it. So he end up returning only my money for the meal. Made me pay for pie and keep my tip. If I was them I would have comped my whole meal and gave me a gift certificate so I would come back but right now I’ll never go back there I don’t mean to play the race card but I am a black woman

Had a great breakfast here soon after it opened. Always enjoy coming to eat and see the variety of Knick knacks and snacks they offer.
The food was great and nice sized, coffee wasn’t bad either.
Overall, highly recommend a visit I’d you haven’t been. Plenty of weapons on the wall in the event of a zombie apocalypse too, so that’s a nice feature as well.
