First time trying this place and we absolutely loved it! It has such a cozy countryside restaurant vibe with plenty of space. The food was delicious, though the portions were a bit on the smaller side. We ordered the Louisiana shrimp and the Rainbow Trout, both of which came with several tasty sides. The little shop attached was so cute,we couldn’t resist and ended up buying a bunch of mini shakers just for decoration!

Came here with my family to eat for Thanksgiving as we are visiting from out of town. Our food took a lot longer than expected. Grant it with it being a holiday we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I asked for scrambled eggs and was served whatever these are. Our server asked if I’d like any ketchup for my fries and I said yes. Next thing I know almost 15min go by and she has not come back. I had to ask another staff member to find her for us. By the the time she made it back my food was cold. I inquired about the eggs and she looked at me and indifferently said “those are scrambled eggs”. So i asked for just more fries then, and told her they looked and tasted inedible. She simply said “okay” and walked off. What kind of service is that?? No asking if I’d like it remade or comp offered! RIDICULOUS. Then to make matter worse, my daughter could not stomach her macaroni and cheese as it was tasteless and rubbery. So we had to ask for a different meal for my hungry 4 year as it was also inedible. Thankfully the macaroni and cheese was comped. It took almost 20min for our replacement kids meal and by then my daughter just wanted to leave. No apology or acknowledgement from our server, Wendy. She had no regard for our dining experience and you could tell she really hates her job. Absolutely awful time and we just couldn’t get out of there fast enough at that point. We will not be back.

Apparently their standards for rice is cold and hard? Told the waitress that my rice wasn’t cooked all the way and I couldn’t even chew it all the way. She brought it right back out and said whoever was in the kitchen said that’s just how it is. I took a video of me snapping the rice kernels in half cause of how hard they were but I couldn’t upload. Apparently it was a manager that said it was okay to be served that way. Yall should be looking into that cause apparently undercooked food is common here according to other reviews.

Had a meal with a friend. Service was good. Didn’t have to wait to be seated. The host, server, and cashiers were all very pleasant. Our food was good and very filling. They do have different meal sizes, for example you can two sides or three sides with your meal. Refills on drinks if needed. Even had leftovers to take home.

I dined at cracker barrel this afternoon. It being Friday I had the fish with sides baked apples, green beans my server was Sheila. The meal was excellent and Sheila a great server. The manager even came by to ask how my meal was. 5 stars plus. Thank you.

Breakfast for dinner is one of my favorite things and CB doesn’t disappoint. Soft butter and warm syrup just made things that much better. It’s too bad the rebranding has caused so much turmoil. In this very hot political climate I’m sure it’s difficult to know what’s best for the brand. Personally, I’m disappointed they caved to the pressure.

So we gave up on this place several months ago after poor service and even worse food. Someone got a gift card for Christmas so we decided to give it another try. As soon as we walked inside you could tell something exciting had happened. The store was all rearranged, it had a nice open feel to it. Upon being seated you could tell the nice open feel had been extended through to the dining room . Gone was all the old dusty clutter, and they put like cut out windows through all the walls, it was so open and airy and just had a nice feel to it. We were very impressed with the atmosphere, but skeptical of the food that was coming.
No reason to be skeptical, everything was fresh, hot and so good. It taste and looked like someone actually cared about what they were serving people. We all raved about how good it was and we can’t wait to go back. Please keep the momentum that you have going, and we will keep coming back.

Come enjoy some nice cold food at Cracler Barrel! Atleast they did offer us coupons… No thanks I want to pay for good hot food not guess what’s coming out of the kitchen again!

They got our order wrong and gave us a different tables order so we had to wait even longer, then all the food was bland or just gross, my brothers steak wasn’t done (be asked for medium) it was rare, and then we went to pay and they tried to charge us for the stuff we ate and the original Incorrect order, we will never be coming back here, disgusting

The food is always good to me. The only issue I had was that I placed the order over the phone for pickup, and when I got there they didn’t had my order in someone else’s name. Then I got home and my meal was missing eggs and biscuits and gravy. Smh. But the manager is going to make it right. So it’s ok but I really wanted to eat my food the way I ordered it. Hopefully next time.
