Just a light breakfast and basically “pay dues” for the hospitality shown here. The parking lot is one of the cleanest CB parking lots I’ve ever seen in the history of my dining experiences. The server was amazing, the biscuits done right and the gravy nice and thick. I think my favorite part is breakfast close to the lit fireplace.

It’s a wonderful place, as always, for any meal. The arrangements and atmosphere are very similar to other Cracker Barrel locations—colorful, decorative, and attractive. The meals are delicious and tasty, as usual. One should not miss the chance to enjoy a meal here at any time of the day.

We arrived kind of late so we were afraid that everything would be getting shut down and we wouldn’t receive good service or food. The only thing wrong with the food was my husband had to have them reheat his chicken and dumplings. But other than that, everything was delicious. And our awesome waitress Elliot, was very attentive and friendly. Even though she was doing several jobs at once, being a hostess and a waitress, and whatever else is required of her to do, she still took good care of us and took the time to talk to us rather than just drop stuff off and walk away.

No matter the time or day the service never fails to disappoint. This time was no different with the exception of a hair hanging off my plate and the waitress insisting it was egg! Oh but the best part was the new egg was not a new egg but simply the old one flipped over. Nevermind the fact the hair was stuck to the meat. Yes I would love to eat meat that has had someone else’s hair stuck to it. Oh and wondered why I couldn’t eat and stood here insisting it was a new egg. I have photos showing otherwise. Oh the manager offered to take my meal off the ticket….. uh yea I hope so I didn’t and couldn’t eat it. We shouldn’t be paying anything. Oh she also gave me an expired coupon and when I asked about the date she insisted they will still accept it…. unless who ever i get next time says no… lol it seems to only be this location but it has been bad since they opened a bit over 20 years ago.if you keep having turn over and service isn’t changing there is a common denominator, Management, provide more training or let them go.

My family and I just enjoyed Cracker Barrel’s Family Feast Heat and Serve Thanksgiving dinner and I can’t say enough good things about it. The entire experience was just fantastic. From the easy ordering process, to the easy and friendly pick up process, to the final heat and serve today. We had plenty of food for everyone and the food was DELICIOUS. Even things I don’t normally care for at Thanksgiving like turkey breast (normally too dry for me) were really good. The turkey breast was so tender and juicy, I couldn’t believe it. And the meal came with absolutely everything we needed along with very detailed instructions for heating it all up. I was a little nervous going into it as we’d never done this before. But we all agreed it was big hit and we will definitely be doing this again. Probably at Christmas. Thank you Cracker Barrel for making our Thanksgiving special! ❤️

Our waitress was great and was a gem. She was very busy but still was very attentive. Of course the atmosphere is great as always. But this was the first time in all the years of going to the CB that I personally was disappointed in the food. The cheesy hashbrowns were rushed and still undercooked and crunchy with LARGE chucks of RAW onion and a LOT of onion in the serving I had and my husband had. iT was very over powering. The meatloaf had so much green pepper in it, that you literally had to pick out the green peppers to get some meat. My husbands eggs were runny within the whites, and his steak tips rare to well done, and just a glob of under seasoned meat that you either got close to being raw or burned on the same plate. The dining staff can only do so much so this was not anything directed to them. Not saying we wont go back, but it took me a long time to convince my husband to start eating there again after a bad experience he had years ago. So here is to hopping this was just a fluke.

Danielle was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed the moment we sat down. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, kept our drinks filled, and made excellent recommendations that we loved. Her positive attitude and friendly personality made the entire experience sooo enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about every guest’s experience, but Danielle does just that. She’s a true gem, and we’ll definitely be asking for her next time! She even said she just started. 10 stars if we could!!!

This is probably one of the very few places I give 5 stars to. I love this place, I’ve never had an issue. I always get their strawberry cheesecake pancakes, and it’s the best. I’ve gotten other things too, and I’ve always liked it. Their food is very homie. I enjoy browsing the merchandise and all the pictures they have hanging up. The service is great too, no issues. Me and my family go there at least 2x a week. Shout out to our favorite severs, Julianne and Jacob. They both have been excellent servers even during busy hours.

Apparently here the customer is not always right. I sat and waited over 10mins on my mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 10:53 I got there at 11 finally go in and ask at 11:15 where my food was to get told by the manager they didn’t start working on my food till I got there. Then the food runner wanted to try and argue with me on how long I waited and the manager wanted to argue with me when I placed my order. Very disappointed in the management here and how they handled things. Instead of being considerate of wasting my time and just giving me my money back he wanted to try and tell me that’s just how things are and tried 3times to make me take the food when all I wanted was my money back.
