Tonight was our first visit to this cracker barrel. We had a lovely experience! Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. She offered, advice on favorites from the menu and suggested a few of her favorites. Our food came out hot and perfectly cooked. We both ordered fried chicken (home style and chicken fried chicken). The portions were much more than we expected for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and we’ll stocked. As busy as they were tonight we did not have a wait time which was nice. We will definitely be going back!

Our food was flavorless and just plain. Worst cornbread I’ve ever had as well. The restaurant wasn’t busy but yet they kept seating people right next to us and I couldn’t scoot my seat out because the 2 different guests behind me chair was already touching my chair. Waited for 10 mins to give our order, another 10 to get our waters, 30 minutes on food, and over 30 minutes to get the checks n Togo order which was just a burger n fries. On a good note it cost less than $40 for 2 people to eat.

My wife and I love the atmosphere at Cracker Barrel. We enjoy the fireplace, gift shop and decor. The server was exceptional. She spent some time talking with us and checked on us 3 times during the visit. She offered us to-go cups of coffee knowing we had a long drive ahead of us that morning. We love Cracker Barrel but the food continues to get worse. Almost tastes frozen and processed over the last 2-3 years.
The cheesy hash browns used to be our favorite, but now they are lukewarm hard and tasteless. The sausage had been pulled from a freezer and microwaved. My suggestion to Cracker Barrel is “Go back to restaurant basics and increase your food quality.

I ordered the fireplace chicken and wow—it was absolutely amazing. The food alone deserves five stars. However, the service left a lot to be desired. When I arrived, my assigned server didn’t greet me, take my order, or check in at all. I sat for a while without even being offered a drink.
Eventually, another waitress noticed me and asked if anyone had helped me yet. I said no, and she kindly brought me a drink. She mentioned that she wasn’t my server and that someone else should be with me shortly. I told her I was ready to order, and she took my order even though it wasn’t her responsibility.
About 15 minutes later, my assigned waitress finally appeared—only to drop off the food and walk away without a word. I won’t name her, and I’m hoping she was just having a bad day, but the overall experience reminded me too much of past situations where I’ve felt overlooked or dismissed because of my race.
The food was incredible, but the service made it hard to fully enjoy the experience.

We got the campfire meals and they were amazing! The service was great but the checkout line was really long. Not sure why they didn’t open the 2nd register but at least the other customers were friendly about the length of time we all had to wait at the end of our meals

We ate dinner here last night and breakfast this morning. Stayed out back in our motorhome. Our two waitresses were phenomenal! Sarah served us at dinner and Susan was our breakfast server. Would highly recommend this Cracker Barrel location! Last night we both had chicken which was juicy and tender and this morning my husband had Grandma’s special and I had the sausage and egg hash brown casserole.

The staff is nice and friendly and willing to you suggestions if you need some. Classics are offered here that people are quite used to and they have something for kids. It’s a good experience I only come once in a while but this time it was great.

Terry S was superb. Excellent service! The food was not hot; barely lukewarm. The portion size of the grilled tenders was almost half the size I get from most other Cracker Barrel restaurants I go to. In my travels, I stop at Cracker Barrel 3-6 times a week and I basically order the same dinner. If it wasn’t for the exceptional service by Terry S, this visit would have been a bust. I have noticed that between 3-5pm is the worst times to get anything descent here at Cracker Barrel restaurants. It is due to food being held longer to prevent food waste, thereby rising food cost. What is more important here — food cost or food quality?

We needed to order gluten-free, and were told at the front counter that we were being handed a gluten-free menu. It was only a nutritional guide. We soon learned that the the chef had no idea what gluten even was. Thankfully our server was on the ball and she bent over backwards trying to figure it out. We wound up with a delicious meal. I wouldn’t recommend eating here if you have an allergy. I do have Celiac disease, but I’m certain that through the exemplary work of our server, I’ll be ok. The manager did not seem aware of gluten-free requirements as she kept telling the server to check the nutritional guide.
