Terry S was superb. Excellent service! The food was not hot; barely lukewarm. The portion size of the grilled tenders was almost half the size I get from most other Cracker Barrel restaurants I go to. In my travels, I stop at Cracker Barrel 3-6 times a week and I basically order the same dinner. If it wasn’t for the exceptional service by Terry S, this visit would have been a bust. I have noticed that between 3-5pm is the worst times to get anything descent here at Cracker Barrel restaurants. It is due to food being held longer to prevent food waste, thereby rising food cost. What is more important here — food cost or food quality?

Right off the interstate with a big parking lot with spots for rvs. Bathroom needed attention. Food was standard cracker barrel fair, usually really good. My son’s dinner was not warm, he ate it. Staff was friendly. They have a huge store with lots of gifts. They did have their Christmas stuff out in early August. They get cudos for the parking lot.

I had the sirloin steak platter. This was my first time ever ordering a steak here, and it was delicious!! Cooked perfectly to my liking, juicy, and seasoned really well!! 10 out of 10 on the steak and absolutely will order it again. It also came with 2 sides and shrimp. I choose green beans and dumplings. They accidentally brought me hash brown casserole, and it was not great. They did bring my chicken dumplings, and those were good! Biscuits were a little dryer than usual but still good. Service was great, and she kept our drinks filled!! We were seated quickly and waited on just as fast. Our waitress was friendly.

The fried shrimp was surprisingly good, the grilled chicken tenders had good flavor, and the steak tips were tender but needed a bit more seasoning. Overall, it was a decent experience for the price.

Went to Cracker Barrel today for an early dinner. Our waitress had only one other table at the time we were sat down. We wanted to order the classic sampler and get all 3 ( meatloaf, chicken and dumplings and home style chicken) but we were told we could only pick two… and that the 3 meant for sides only. (This is not correct but after the waitress going to the kitchen to ask because they weren’t sure they reassured us that it was correct).

Was really busy, 15 minute wait for table. I was wanting breakfast, so I hoped it was worth it! Waitress was great, as busy as they were, she got our order in fast, and made sure everything was good. Thank you Jessica D.. Best I’ve had there in a long time!

Went in for breakfast but the chicken pot pie caught my eye, it was better than I expected for sure, good healthy portion and the crust was awesome. Didn’t even know they had pot pies lol staff was nice, and waitress was attentive
