Atmosphere is good, service was great, food was so so. We got the pick 2 with chili and grilled chicken salad. Salad needed help, big lettuce chunks with little chicken, chili was bland but decent. We ate. The store was so cute, took these little pics as my niece is coming soon.

We stopped for dinner and had a great experience! Great grilled chicken tenders and sides were all good along with the biscuits. Food was nice and hot and good cold drinks. Our waitress was also very nice and helpful! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Cracker Barrel is one of our favorite restaurants. Never been to this location though. Maybe it was just an off night or because it was around 9pm, but the food was not even close to the 100’s of other times we have eaten at other Cracker Barrel’s.

Worst Cracker Barrel I’ve been to. Save your money and don’t come here. Was not busy at all, took 30 minutes to get our ONE appetizer, hashbrowns were crazy salty, and the chicken fried chicken was dry. The restaurant part is absolutely filthy, looks like it hasn’t been swept/mopped since it opened, tables hadn’t been bussed since we got there and were still dirty when we left an hour and 15 minutes later. My daughter’s glass cup was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been washed. Our waitress was rushing us out, we asked for ketchup and she never brought it, handed us our check even though we weren’t close to being done eating. And for the cherry on top, the women’s bathroom barely had any toilet paper. Save your money, don’t waste your time. This location is awful. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

My husband and I stopped at the Lincoln, Illinois Cracker Barrel, off I 65. My husband had the meatloaf dinner, and I had the roast beef dinner. The roast beef was so tough that I could barely cut it, definitely couldn’t chew it, and our food was cold. The mashed potatoes were like eating paste. I spoke to the waitress about our food, her response was, “I’ll let the kitchen know”. Needless to say, I left hungry.

We met there for a party of 40 on a Saturday afternoon. We had a reservation, so they had a heads up, but I still expected quite the delay with food service and arrival. However, the entire time we were there, they kept our drinks filled, and our food came out before we expected. We were pleased. The only thing we would say is we haven’t been there in a long time, and it seems they’ve changed some of their recipes, especially for their beloved hashbrown casserole, and several people expressed disappointment about that… but overall, it was a lovely experience

I usually am not one to complain or leave reviews, but tonight is the exception. Was not that busy but our food took 45 minutes and wasn’t that great. Also our server would disappear for 20 minutes or longer and never asked if we needed anything until we were almost done. Pretty disappointed in the service more than anything. It’s not that hard to get refills or at least ask during someone’s meal period. Managements excuse was they had a lot of new server’s. I’m not satisfied with that response so I’m leaving a bad review. I could understand it more if the restaurant was busy, but like I said they were not
