My waiter was maverick and he was very good at his job. I was a little bit disappointed in the food. It wasn’t what it used to be 10 years ago, and their prices in the gift shop are way over priced. The ambience is very nice though. There’s always something to look at while you’re waiting for your food.

Beautiful american nostalgic atmosphere, staff are very nice and friendly very attentive too, fast service. Food is good, i love the burnt edges of their pancakes, country fired steak is a little too hard of a crunch for me, not my taste for myself. I like their hashbrown casserole too. Their shopping store is great lot of vintage and good stuff in there. Will still go back!

Cracker Barrel delivers most of the time for me. It was a great experience. I just think that three servers that I observed could have done a better job of pre-bussing, and at least 2 others all kept walking past a table advertisement that had fallen on the floor. It was there when I sat down, and was still there when I left the table.

Asked for a table for 4. One of those being a highchair. Waited 10 minutes at the table for someone to bring over the highchair. Only reason they actually brought one is because I asked again. Then we waited over 20 minutes to have someone take our drink order. After our food finally arrived everything was fine.

I ordered the Chicken and Dumplings with Spiced Apples and Green beans. Food was served promptly and hot. I asked the waitress for a spoon to eat my dumplings. After five or so minutes, she brought me a spoon for Ice Tea! I had to ask another server for a soup spoon.
