We enjoyed our visits to cracker barrel. The food is quite reasonably priced and they have some interesting options. Service is first class both in a store and front of house wait staff. Food is pretty good. Americana on the whole, certainly better than some diner type places. Good portion sizes for sure.
The store in the front has a lot of interesting gift choices and toys for the kids as well as touristy gizmos. They even had sugar-free chocolate, which I thought was a unusual bonus.
Good place, excellent staff, would come back.

Stopped by for a late lunch. Service was great, I was seated in no time and waitress was very attentive. Ordered Grandma breakfast combo with pancakes and hashbrown casserole. Order arrived hot and fresh within less than 7 minutes. Everything was delicious, pancakes really stick out the most. Nobody beats Cracker Barrel pancakes, especially paired with their maple syrup. Crispy edges and fluffy interiors top notch. Waitress was great at checking up and making the experience smooth. Love coming back here. Only negative I will say was the mimosa drink, it seemed like a half portion. Other than that great experience and look forward to returning.

Not sure why it took us an hour between ordering our food and receiving it. The food was pretty good but we could tell some of it had been sitting in a warmer for some time. Portion sizes are great. The maple bacon grilled chicken is always good. They have all day breakfast as well. And some drinks are bottomless. The store is fun to browse through. Fresh biscuits and cornbread are sooooooo good.

This place needs more workers. Took over 45 minutes to get the food. Tables from previous customers where left unclean for over 40 minutes. Also another table ordered a chicken dish only to be told 45 minutes later that they were out of chicken. Sounded like some big online orders came through, which if true is bad form because orders placed at the place should be priority. The food itself which I had a Ham dinner was good but it took too long to get. The waiter asked a few times if I wanted something else. Sounded like a half made attempt. Like how am I going to get something else when you cannot get me my meal and if there is something that you can bring than what is it? I would not go back.

Love it! Food is amazing and service was great. The shop is always full of unique overpriced items. The decor is always cool to look at and talk about. I’ve been going for many years and Ofcourse each one will be slightly different but always a good time with family and friends.

Our waiter was very nice and so was the cashier. I will return more often. They do have the best pancakes in America.

Took a little to get seated but once seated we did have to wait a little more but as soon as it order was taken the food came in minutes. Everything was delicious, the toast was a little small for me but tasty, the portions just seemed slim. Nothing to special about the grandma breakfast but it was tasty. The smoky and sweet chicken tenders did have a very good flavor to them I recommend trying them and the mash potatoes.
