Good value for money. Breakfast food is good, but not too difficult, of course. Fried food was fresh and nicely flavored. Server was patient and attentive. Enjoyed paying at the table with the app. Didn’t enjoy the Halloween display as the first thing to see stepping in the store in July.

I ordered thru Uber Eats and the food that was delivered had no taste, small portions, and waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive. There were no utensils included and I must say that it’s much different dining in rather than delivery because at least we would’ve had bigger portions dining in. Very disappointing considering the fact that I’m traveling from New Mexico and spending so much for food that was not appetizing and had no taste.

Another day another Cracker Barrel. Stopped in for breakfast and the food was amazing. They had a good selection of breakfast items. Our waitress was friendly and the food came out hot, fresh, and fast. Our cashier was very nice and enjoyable to talk to. 10/10 recommend

First time I have ever, not eaten my dinner. I tried the chicken pot pie. The reason I ate 1/4 of it was because I was looking for the chicken or vegetables or something besides watery tasting gravy under a slab of dough. The biscuits and corn muffins were definitely not fresh. At least day old. It will be a long time till I try Cracker Barrel again. Server just kept giving the thumbs up. It was definitely a thumbs down experience.

Looks like Billings Cracker Barrel has finally solved its problems with long wait times. I had given up on it during the last year because 45 minute waits were routine, even if the parking lot was somewhat empty. Not enough workers.

so I’d never been to a cracker barrel in my 21 years of life until this year and I just have to say what a nice first impression! the general store is like a little wonderland with toys, snacks, candles, among many other goods. the actual dining area is super spacious and comfortable. the waitress who assisted us was so kind and really helped make the atmosphere what it was- wish i could shout her out. food was cooked perfectly- delicious as well as the drink i got. looking forward to coming again!
