It was my first time at a cracker barrel. Food was hot and omg comfort food. Gift shop was amazing!! But down side is our server was very short with us and not friendly at all. He gave the minimum. Everyone is entitled to a bad day but for a first time customer it was kinda disappointing.

We have been to Cracker Barrel a few times and the service has been great at times, and sub par the others. The negatives are not bringing the biscuits out until the meal. Also not being attentive on refills or not bringing the condiments asked for. Overall this is a great place to eat, and we will be back, because the food is phenomenal!! Great for the kiddos! My daughter loves the vegetables, and tries chicken and new items here. Enjoy!

We were quickly seated and our order taken. Our food arrived fairly quickly. The fried chicken breast was good, as were the green beans and hash brown casserole. Hubby had the catfish filled, and he said it was excellent. The restaurant was COLD inside, however – I had to keep my coat on, as did other patrons — but husband says im always cold. It did make a big difference when they put some wood in the fireplace, though.

Ate with my sister here today and did some shopping. Had fried catfish and two sides. Everything was very good. Waitress was very pleasant and food was cooked as ordered. Bought a couple items before leaving.

Hi. We frequent Cracker Barrell mostly because of the current acting General Manager. She is driven, dedicated, and an excellent representative for Cracker Barrell. I like my food a particular way, especially the pecan pancakes that I typically order with my Grandma’s sampler. The acting GM goes above and beyond to ensure my food is the way I like it. If there is a problem, she always makes it right. We appreciate that she always stops by our table to ck on us and ensure we are happy with our meal and service. Speaking of service, Jessica waited on us today and did a great job. She stopped by to ask about our meal and kept our beverages refilled, which we value. The acting GM is a gem. She busses tables, cooks, keeps an eye on employees and operations. You are lucky to have her.

Very disappointed to hear they no longer have the fried chicken during the week. My wife had the macaroni and cheese and it tasted like it had cinnamon in it. After telling the server she said it’s probably because it is next to the hot apples in the kitchen and they probably got cinnamon in the macaroni and cheese but never offered to remove the charge for the macaroni and cheese from the bill. Other than that, everything else was good.

One of our favorite restaurants! We recently went and found they have revamped the menu since our last visit. The new appetizers had a great price for 3, so we tried the cheese curds, fried pickles, and has brown bites. All were very good. Whenever we come to Cracker Barrel we always have excellent service and our food is always cooked just right. The store is also a highlight of our visits. Can’t wait to come back!
