Went there yesterday we walked through the door at 4:25 it took approximately 5 mins to seat us. We ordered it looked to be about 2 waitresses maybe in our area. By the time we received out food it was 5:23. That was unacceptable in my opinion. The waitress seemed a little overwhelmed but her attitude was good. I would think the manager should have come out to reassure customers or make it right some how but didnt see the manager until we were waiting on our bill. The food was good my family members said. I had chili it was warm and tasted better than it looked. I wont be back to this location.

Seamless Takeout Experience

We phoned in our order, which is something we rarely do, as we were driving back from vacation and decided to make a quick stop.

We arrived a little early, so she went inside and came out quickly with the order. When we got home and opened the packages, the plates were nicely full, and the food tasted just like we were eating it at the restaurant. I was very happy with the whole experience and would definitely do it again.

Seated quickly and service was fast. The food was so good and our waitress was great and kept that wonderful sweet tea flowing. The gift shop is awesome so many beautiful things to look at. It felt like home in there, the fire and atmosphere was inviting. I could stay all day.

We waited 40 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered it. The people at the table next to us, told the server they weren’t waiting any longer and left.
My chicken strips were burnt. They smelled burnt and were very tough. They’ve never been like this in the past. I said something to the server and she said, that’s how they are supposed to be because they are Cajun. She did offer to get the manager, but we weren’t going to wait any longer for more food. My husband’s chicken fried steak was overdone as well.
When we placed the order, we asked for honey and jelly for the biscuits and honey mustard for the chicken. We had to ask again when the food was delivered and never did get the honey.
We had to ask another server for a drink refill. Our server seemed to disappear.
Absolutely horrible dinners!

My partner and I attended Cracker Barrel because we were in town, where we live no Cracker Barrel near us plus I found a Cracker Barrel gift card at My Moms who just passed away.
He had Beef tips,Chicken and Shrimp.
He loved it.
I had Mac and cheese with meatloaf.
Best Mac and cheese I’ve had.
Also now Cracker Barrel is serving Alcohol. We had a pitcher of Mimosas.
They also now have $5 take it & go meals.shop
Service was excellent.
Atmosphere was ok. I’m not a fan of the southern decor/charm.
But I do love me some Cracker Barrel retail store. I just hate that you have to go thru it to get to the restaurant. Besides dinner I spent another $60+ dollars in their gift shop.

Frequently visit other Cracker Barrel restaurants… Avoid this one at all costs. Flies everywhere, super slow, out of a lot of popular items, took forever to get silverware, then noticed bugs in the salt shaker and decided to leave.

Ham was too salty for human consumption & I love salt. They did remove it from my bill. The manager said they’ve been getting complaints. Why sell it with complaints? Maybe it’s not her call. The rest of the food was average. The kids really liked the cheese hash browns

I love this company. Fantastic American establishment. Our server Avery, who was in training, was very patient as we bumbled our way through our order. I thought the loaded bacon cheese hash-brown side was the best extra I have had. Bacon was perfectly crispy. Eggs perfectly cooked. Sausage had a hint of peppered spice laced through it and were cooked exactly to my preference (slightly overdone and crispy). The french toast was good, not excellent and the home brand syrup follows that formula. The only downfall is the coffee, as it is a very weak medium roast with much too watery of a taste to be considered acceptable. Also $3.19 for a cup is preposterous. On the contrary I am impressed that my main meal was only $11.89 for all that greatness. Overall I rank Cracker Barrel as my favourite American chain breakfast joint, although I have frequented a small number of them. Cannot praise this experience enough.
