Great service.. our service never missed a beat she never slowed down. Our party of seven came in her section seated at a huge round top and even though it was very busy all the food came out perfectly our drinks constantly refilled with a smile this person deserves a pat on the back from her management. They were under staffed and she was moving quickly from table to table helping other sections wow what team work. Never a complaint just a great attitude and rolling up her sleeves taking the bull by the tail and winning… I love winners and this was truly a great opportunity to see someone go above and beyond that enjoys her job. My wife and I stopped into Cracker Barrel in Sellersburg, Indiana this evening, August 29, 2023. We arrive around 7:30-7:45pm. Other than us, there were only 4 other tables seated. The table we were seated at originally was disgusting! Dried food on the table, and on the condiments, as well as the floor under us. We quietly moved, and then our server came out. To make a long story short, our food arrived cold. The hash brown casserole was hard as well. The server got our order wrong, and then another server brought the wrong items. We had to ask three different times to get water, because we had ordered unsweet tea, and she gave us sweet tea! When we asked her about it, she lied, and told us that was unsweet! Needless to say, I’m very surprised to see a Cracker Barrel in this shape! Not sure if we will go back to this one, if we do, it will be a while! Good luck, and safe journeys!

Not the best picture…because I attacked my lunch! I had a salad and sweet potato and it was delicious! Plus, I called ahead and was able to pick up my lunch quickly and get back to work. Great food and fast service.

There aren’t a lot of sit down restaurants and this little town, so Cracker Barrel is the place to go! On this particular morning, the sales guys had a meeting on location and brought carry out back to the office. The blueberry pancakes were top-notch!

Been here 4 times over the past 4 months. First three times were great. Food was hot and tasted as expected. Last time we arrived at 8:30pm – they don’t close until 10pm. Was just getting ready to walk out when our food arrived. Took over an hour to get our food. Some of our food was cold. Server was very distracted and not really taking care of her tables. We are good tippers based on service the receive. Will go back eventually….

I ordered Chicken tenders and didn’t realize not fried, but grilled. I received 5 small pieces that looked like pieces of a pancake. I got my favorite cooked apples, and coleslaw. I was surprised the little pieces of chicken were good, but not the chicken tenders I expecting. Make sure you read small print on the menu when you order. I won’t order them again. My friend paid for mine and another’s meal, so I was nice. I should have ordered the dumplings and veggie plate.
