This was my go to place for my breakfast because I loved the country boy breakfast with the country ham but today changed my mind on getting it again. I ordered eggs over easy so I could dip my salty ham into the yolk, but I had no yolk to dip into cause all my eggs were well, done. I got a carry out container and brought my breakfast home and made my own eggs over easy so I can enjoy my breakfast

Very disappointed in Cracker Barrel. Last year’s Thanksgiving dinner was mediocre but at least passable. This year was my last straw.
They charged over $17 for a single turkey plate that came with two thin strips of turkey, a small scoop of green beans, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce, stuffing, gravy, two rolls, and a small piece of pie. On paper it sounds fine, but the portions were tiny — less than what I’d put on my plate in one trip at a family Thanksgiving.
For three plates and a tip, the total was over $65, which is absolutely ridiculous for what we received. For that price, I could have almost bought an entire turkey, sides, and made a full Thanksgiving dinner at home instead of getting three small, underwhelming servings.
On top of that, the quality at Cracker Barrel has been going downhill for years, and this visit just confirmed it. As a paying customer, $65 for three meals should go a long way, and it simply didn’t.
I do not recommend Cracker Barrel, not just based on this experience, but on multiple disappointing visits over time. This was enough for me — I won’t be back.

This location is your typical old style cracker, barrel, good food, nice décor everything clean, nice size portions. The prices are a bit on the high side, but that’s to be expected. Duke to the kitchee touristy type thing.

This was the first time in awhile after bad service last time. It will now be the last time. It appeared they dumped a spoonful of corn for one helping which equaled two bites.
I preordered and it took about 20 minutes to get the order cause the cashier made a mistake and had to wait for help. It then took two more ladies to fix the issue.

Not sure if the restaurant was understaffed. It took almost 15 minutes before our server took our order. When the food finally came the corn muffins were rock hard burnt! Tried to get our server attention but she never answered. Stopped another server who proceeded to get us edible corn muffins.
My husbands Mac & cheese was lukewarm.
Our server finally came to bring us our check. Asked if we wanted drink refills to go. Told her no and that this was the worse service we’ve ever had a Cracker Barrel.
We did leave her a note quite 20% tip, we usually tip at least 25%

Cracker Barrel holds a special place in my heart. The atmosphere always puts me in a good mood. You’re immediately greeted with a gift shop full of the cutest little things. I bought these cow salt and pepper shakers for only 99 cents each! There are plenty of other things worth buying like cups, clothes, stuffed animals, and flavored candies/drinks. My husband and I shared the sampler meal which consisted of fried chicken, meatloaf, and chicken and dumplings. The meatloaf was flavorful, fried chicken was juicy, and the dumplings tasted just like my mom’s (I was shocked). Our waitress, Autumn, was very attentive and friendly. She kept our drinks refilled and was very quick to greet us/get all the things we needed. I highly recommend Cracker Barrel. I’ve never been disappointed coming here!

The Food was alright. I think the presentation was better. The atmosphere and interior design was nice. Their cornbread was a bit hard. Otherwise a really nice place to have a family dinner/lunch.

I was here a couple days ago and I had some of THE BEST service I’ve ever had from a young lady she was blonde I believe her name was McKenzie. We never had to ask for refills once she made sure we were very well taken care of. She was awesome! Plus the food was great. 10/10 experience.
