Food was good today, service side was a bit lacking on from being sat to table server to checking out.
Atleast the food was good and relatively fast coming out and fresh hot.

This location needs new management ASAP. This is our local store and its a shame for when we do want Cracker Barrel when out. We had 2 different types of hair in 2 different foods. It looked like course facial hair in the apples and long fine hair baked into the pancakes. The pancakes were raw on one side and about half the size of a regular pancake. I haven’t eaten here in a few months but it was similar the last time without the hair, undercooked food, burnt pancakes etc.

Food was excellent . The chicken was hands down some of the juiciest I’ve ever had—cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The dumpling soup was comforting and tasty, and the mac n’ cheese was spot on, creamy and satisfying. The green beans were lightly seasoned—not my favorite, but still decent.
The place was packed, and I can definitely see why. With food this good, it’s worth the crowd.

I came with my husband and 3 of the kiddos for dinner. Landon was our server & he was so friendly and knowledgeable! He was very patient with the kids, especially the one who is VERY picky and indecisive. We never had to ask for refills, Landon was attentive throughout. Honestly the best experience I’ve had eating out in a long while. Thanks, Landon!

Love Cracker Barrel but this location was excellent, fast seating, our waitress was friendly and attentive, food was quick, hot and delicious. I tried the new Garden scramble, highly recommend. Store was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location.

We had a great fish dinner one catfish the other cod, sat in front of the fireplace. It was busy but the server was on point, took great care of us.

I went in after a concert for a bite to eat. The waitress was really nice. I could not eat a lot due to a sickness that I am having. She made sure that I got a carryout box. She was nice and very attentive. It is hard to go alone out to restaurants. She made the experience great. Afterwards, I shopped in the store. The associate there was very helpful.

430 pm we stop for food before we hit Cincy as our final destination moving my wife and two dogs from Bozeman MT. We were tired and wanted to eat before unloading. We were travel fried. Got seated right away. It was not busy. We were the youngest customers in the place by 40 years and we are in our forties. I suggested to my wife the local nursing home was having a field trip but was shut down with a shush and informed it was cute, and it is only 430, The food was as expected, which is terrible Sysco slop that was delicious. We were in and out in 30 min. Our server Heather was great, went above and beyond. Overall great experience and exactly what I was looking for.

The past couple years, the fried boneless chicken breast is different. Not as good as it used to be to be. The mashed potatoes were too thin and runny on the last visit. So dissatisfied and disappointed! The server was great though.

Drinks didn’t get refilled quickly, price of drinks , food was average. Too much breading on fried chicken. Sides were not hot, barely warm.
