Let’s just start off with our server, Jordan was absolutely fantastic. Great service and care to our group of 12. They accommodated our wheelchair family member. Food was hot, fast and all correct. Could not have asked for a better dinner. We will go back.

Cracker Barrel is always interesting. Like every location, the one here in Centerville, one has to find the restaurant on the left back wall of the gift shop. The food was good, and the speed of service was acceptable. There was no wait getting seated. I did enjoy the Louisiana Shrimp Skillet and Cornbread Muffins. I enjoyed my visit.

I normally only take away breakfast and it’s always fresh because it has to be made to order. Took away dinner last night – meatloaf, and dumplings and dessert. Dumplings were the only thing edible. Everything looked like it was dried out, at least 1-2 days old and tasted horrible. The cake and meatloaf definitely were from the end of the pan and old. I’ve never had meatloaf where the top layer peeled off from being old with dried up sauce. I have a very hard time believing they would have served that if I were a sit down customer. Don’t give your curbside customers old food! Waste of $26.

We ate here yesterday. The food was delicious….hot and yummy. The service was lacking by far. We arrived around 11am….after the breakfast rush & before the lunch rush. Our waitress only interacted with us 4 times. She got our drink order. Then, our meal order. She delivered our food to the table and then delivered our bill to the table. She did not check to see if our food was to our expectations, if we needed refills on our drinks, and/or if we needed anything else during our meal. She was pleasant, not engaging and definitely not attentive to our needs. I could have understood if we had been there during a rush period and she was having difficulty getting back to our table. This was not the case. When we left my husband commented that during check out, not even the cashier asked how our meal & visit was. Seems there’s a customer service issue at this particular location. I’ve eaten at many Cracker Barrels in several states and never had this experience. I’ve even eaten at this location in years past and not had this experience. It was disappointing to say the least. You expect more from Cracker Barrel. The brand is built on hospitality.

Love Cracker Barrel! Always take my Dad here when I’m in town. Food and service is always top notch. Only complaint is that they are out of specials quite a bit. But I love shopping afterwards! They have so many cute gifts! It’s an A for me ❤️

All bets are off. My brother and I went there yesterday for breakfast and it was terrible. I’m done with this place. I have spoken to three managers over the last several months. None of them care enough to make the improvements that are needed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Visited Thanksgiving day, the food was beyond terrible! I have no doubts the plates were pre-made. They wouldn’t sub anything. Service was quick, food was out within 10 min. Turkey cold, where’s the gravy? Not like the photo. Dressing was even worse, cold… and you may have gotten 1/3 cup. The best thing that came with this unedible meal was choice of bread, the biscuits were great.

I haven’t been to a cracker barrel in 10 years or more! We walk in and it’s the typical cracker barrel. As we are seated we are handed the menus, to my immediate attention was the price increase on everything was tremendous! For the quality of food that we received I will not return! If you’re going to spend $120 for a family of four please way your options!

We were greeted and seated rather quickly which was great. (We arrived slightly after 4:30.) Looking over the menu we noticed new items and they now serve alcohol. Food arrived piping hot and our server was very friendly. The gift shop was packed with great things that you didn’t realize you needed

I was told there was a 10-15 minute wait when I walked in for only 1 person. Wait listed at 306, Seated at 330, My Waitress finally showed up at 336 and I placed my Food and drink order, my drink arrived at 342 and my food arrived at 354. The mac and cheese had this dry brown look to it. I told the waitress it looked absolutely disgusting. She replaced it with pinto beans and gave me a bowl to scrape the mac and cheese into. I ordered Catfish with hushpuppies and the hushpuppies were raw inside and nearly burnt on the outside.

This has to be 1 of the worse service/ meals I have ever been served.
Also want to mention how incredibly dark it is in there if your not directly under a light or next to a window. I have to turn my phone light on just to read the menu.
