Loved it!! It was really clean and everyone was very pleasant. My waitress was amazing and took very good care of us. I got the fried catfish and it was so fresh and crispy the hashbrowns casserole was amazing.

We dined in for Mother’s Day of course it was crowded but the wait time was less than 15minutes to be seated. It was busy so it took a little longer to get the food. We had an amazing waiter her name was Faith! She was definitely on point. She made sure we received everything! She invited to come back the next day . That’s what your suppose to receive at a restaurant. We talk to her manager because I can see her in management she aims to please! Great personality There is store with a little of everything really nice items.

The fried pickles were not very good. Since they did away with the roast beef, I decided to try the ham. I had tried the pot roast last time and it was not a good substitute. I was not impressed with the ham either. My visits to cracker barrel have dwindled to once a year now and they are what I like to call a sides restaurant, now that they have done away with the roast beef. I won’t choose to go here, but if I am going because that is where the rest of my party wants to eat, I will only order side items.
I will say the waitress was friendly and my only complaint is I needed a refill and it took a while to find her/get her attention. Otherwise she was pleasant and I was happy with the experience.

Food was good. I ordered the Momma breakfast (French toast, eggs, bacon). It came out in a reasonable time and was warm.
Server was nice as well. My only gripe is our table was so close to the oe next to us so the server had to bump into me each time she went by.

The new chicken menu offering has been consistently scrumptious and tender across the state.
Friendly service but take out ordering is awkward. A server from the dining room has to come out to the store/cashier area to take your order.
It was unfortunate that several people who actually heard my name didn’t recognize my order on the shelf. Food only gets cooler there. I had to figure out the sack was my order when the persons placing orders before and after me had departed. I recommended any time a bag is freshly placed on the pick up rack, the orderer’s name be called.

Cracker Barrel is finally stepping into the 21st century and moving up in the world! We visited for the first time in quite some time, and were really impressed with the service, but mainly the new menu items. They now serve drinks in the way of beer and wine, as well as some Jack Daniels and Zing Zang options (peach whiskey and Bloody Mary). They also offer a new appetizer item of fried pickles, which were really yummy! I had my usual, the Sunday fried chicken dinner, which was wonderful as always. The others had a cheeseburger with thick-cut bacon, and chicken and dumplings. Everyone left stuffed and happy. The BEST part of the whole trip is that they now offer scan and pay, and you don’t have to wait in the long cashier line before heading out! To make matters even more exciting, they offer both Google Pay and Apple Pay. Talk about leading the way — who’d a thunk it? The old country store is trailblazing!

Idc tou can’t go wrong with this place. I have always had a great server and food is a go. I always get breakfast and I just don’t think you can mess up that honestly. I would say it could use a little face lift in the dinning area. The floors sometimes are sticky and it can smell like a old folks home but that breakfast and those crispy edges pancakes do it for me.
