The food was classic Cracker Barrel comfort—warm, hearty, and delicious. I ordered grandpas breakfast and everything came out hot and flavorful. Portions were generous, and the biscuits were fresh and fluffy.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Our server was attentive, kept drinks filled, and made sure we had everything we needed without hovering. The overall vibe was warm and relaxed.
This location is just a few minutes off the highway, which made it a convenient pit stop on our road trip. Plenty of parking, and it didn’t feel overly crowded despite being close to a major route.

The food was honest. Very happy staff and cool place to be. I think it’s where people go and actually stick to the place, so I think we looked like very new people. We felt looked upon all the time which was very weird and I’m not sure if we will be going back again just because of that. Believe me – it was not an individual feeling, my husband which usually don’t notice that stuff also felt weird.

Was Busy but Not Slammed.. food took way too long .. issue with tickets in Kitchen… Room was COLD… waitress was very nice but was given too many tables to care at one time for propper service Manager was not very Helpful I actually flaged him specifically.. so could help up get out and back on the road getting us to go boxes… will not be returning to this particularly CB.

Very disappointed about the cross contamination with the added shrimp to the menu. I have a shellfish allergy and the waitress said I could have some sides and the meatloaf. I used to be able to eat fries and chicken ext but now that’s not an option. Do better for those who have allergies.

I was in south Columbus/ Grove City over the weekend. I woke up and was in need of a proper breakfast. From my hotel I could see the Cracker Barrel sign, I do love me some Cracker Barrel. I pulled in and parked a just as the restaurant was opening. I made my way through the gift shop and found the hostess. I must say that the entire staff here was unbelievably polite & friendly, that is a big deal for me. She sat me at a table & gave me a menu. Your seating options are limited, tables only, but I’ve always found them very comfortable. I always have loved Cracker Barrel’s entrees, good ol’, down home comfort food. My server came to my table, took my drink order & took my food order. I went with a breakfast bowl & coffee. As always the food was simply delicious, the coffee hot & tasty. The beautiful thing about Cracker Barrel is consistency, it doesn’t matter if it’s in Blythville, AR or the 5th ring of Hell, the food will be quality & the service top notch. This is why when I’m on the road, Cracker Barrel is my go to for a good solid meal.

I’m sorry I can’t give 5 stars! I hope it’s just a one time deal. I love Cracker Barrel! I got the chicken tenders cause they’re always good. This time they were very tough! Could hardly get a bite off with either my teeth or a fork. The biscuits were scrumptious and everything else was good.

As somebody who works at a local Cracker Barrel this is unacceptable!
Bathroom: There was tissue sitting right on the counter so why is it not tissue in the stalls?
We were sat for 20 mins before getting our drinks, napkins, silverware (not to mention there was a fruit fly in my drink ♀️) and bread, We didn’t get silverware when we got sat. (Had to ask another sever) The Chicken n Dumplings was COLD. How is it cold and it’s a dip meal?
Server: She didn’t even introduce herself when coming to the table. She seemed nice, (didn’t get her name because she didn’t have a name tag). I asked if she was new and she was not. So you would think she knew the procedure by now! But no lol. after dropping off our food.. I saw her come check on the table next to us but not us. Very bad customer service on her part.
I hope the managers take this complaint very seriously and help their fellow teammates!

I recently visited this Cracker Barrel to have some good old fashioned American breakfast and it’s been over a decade since I have been in a CB. Decor is country bunker and true to its name. I ordered the Momma’s Breakfast and it was alright. Good coffee. The pancakes were delicious. The server was nice, but few staff members and the wait to eat was longer than expected. Make sure to ask for extra syrup. Parking Spaces available walking distance from the restaurant. Decent crowd. Decent prices and your able to pay and go via your mobile device.

This used to be our go-to Cracker Barrel. The quality has go down hill. The wait staff has improved. However, the quality of the food has failed me time and time again. I keep hoping for improvement as we used to frequent the restaurant every weekend, but due to the poor quality of food, I attempt to check it out every 6 months or so.
