Our server was excellent. I was disappointed with my eggs in a basket. The hole in the bread was jagged & small. The egg was under cooked all over the bottom of the bread. One slice of the bread was slightly burnt.

Delicious as usual… The portions are sizable for the price, which impressive these days. The service was good and the restrooms were clean. Overall itvwas a great experience. The store is fun to look around in. There is plenty of parking, even for RVs.

We got sat at a dirty table. The floor was sticky with soda and the floor as well. It was not busy at all but it took 10-15 minutes before we were even met with our server. They got our drink order but we waited another 10 minutes until she came back for our food order. After they took our order we waited another 20 minutes and a manager came up and asked us if we ordered such and such items. We said yes and then he told us they lost our order in the system. Whatever that means. He offered us an appetizer for free. We waited another 20 minutes and finally received our food. Meatloaf was ok but the Mac and cheese and green beans were bland. I usually give places the benefit of the doubt but I will never go back. Only plus side, the server was nice and apologized a couple times.

Dana B. was among the most conscientious servers I have ever had at Cracker Barrel. She brought ketchup with my meatloaf without me having to ask. She brought butter AND strawberry and grape jam with the biscuits without me having to ask. She brought extra napkins without me having to ask. She was friendly, experienced, and professional as she brought timely refills for my coffee and asked about my needs. Dana deserved the multiple stars on her apron and I will ask to sit in her section each time I visit.

The server never brought silverware or bread that came with the meals had to flag down another server and ask her for some, a cpl. mins later our server shows up and hand us our bill we didn’t even get to start to eat since had to wait for the silverware not the best service to say the least .

We waited about 30-45 mins for our food. A couple that walked in the front door with us, but sit down after us(because the lady had broken her shoe) had their food before us and they were half way done with their food by the time we had our food. We even ordered our food, which was two (2) “Grandma’s Sampler” when we ordered our drinks and still waited a looong time for our food.

Ordered hash brown casserole and received just hash browns. Also, my husband waited 20 min past the time the food was supposed to be ready. The chicken was warm, but the sides were cold. We were very disappointed. Not likely to order to go anymore.
