The wait is off the change, being that we are on a charter bus coming from the National Baptist Convention. Our waitress was Star. She’s done the best she could to accommodate us, but the food took more than an hour to come out. Please make sure you are not in a hurry or with a large group. Cracker Barrel has the best food! The quality is almost always great too! I love shopping at the little retail shop before and after our meal. The merchandise changes every 3 months but they also keep permanent items stocked. I always order breakfast and it never disappoints. The chicken and dumplings are also a favorite of ours. The new chicken and shrimp platter was also good. They have revamped their menu and added new delicious items. We have a rule when traveling not to go to a restaurant we have at home but we also have at least one meal at a Cracker Barrel.

We came around 1:40pm on a Saturday with a party of three. We were seated right away. Tyra, our server, was excellent. She was super attentive and exceeded our expectations. The manager came over as well to check in on us, which I love to see because it shows everyone on the team works to make the experience a great one. The food was delicious and hot, and everything was correct. We have no complaints. Thanks for the great meal!

I really need to start the habit of inspecting my pick up orders every time. The veggie plates were standard Cracker Barrel fare, but the biscuits and cornbread were worthy of the compost heap. I was looking forward to some good cornbread. Oh well.

The food was great, typical of every cracker barrel I’ve been to over the years. Service quite slow. They seemed under staffed. I heard another table ask if they were short staffed and the waiters said no, but there were not many people waiting tables. Don’t know if this was a random issue or not. Luckily I was not in a hurry and the food was hot, fresh and good.

Wonderful food, probably the best cooking of any Cracker Barrel I have ever visited. The Haddock was cooked perfectly, juicy and perfectly seasoned. The hash brown casserole was crunchy on the top, but not dried out. Overall the cooking was on point and delicious. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful.
