Thanksgiving meal night, picked up day before, all seemed well…didn’t check box for accuracy (my fault) opened at thanksgiving evening…no serving utensils, eating utensils, jelly for extra biscuits and cornbread purchased. Two tubs of what appeared to be broth (unsure why included) and turkey gravy was super thin. Cranberry relish was crappy canned crap and not as shown in advertisement. Turkey was fantastic and everything else pretty mediocre for what we paid. Will not order again, even though ease of pickup and not cooking was nice, taste of food just not for us.

I’ve been coming here for the last 2 years I’ve been in the area for work and yesterday was absolutely appalling. The server kept forgetting things and getting cornbread was like trying to get the secret recipe from Mr. Krabbs. The biscuits tasted like pure dough too. The worst thing was, my to-go order. Now mind you, I know what chicken strips are SUPPOSED to look like and it certainly ain’t this. My pinky finger is there for comparison. Literally the size of deep fried calamari tentacles. THIS is what you people call chicken?? I asked the manager about it and was told to take it or leave it. Yeah…. FANTASTIC attitude there buddy. If you think I’m going to spend another dime in this location, you’re sorely mistaken. And here’s the picture for EVERYONE to enjoy. We knew y’all were up to no good with the brand change attempt, but we didn’t know you skimped out on food too. Way to go

Well, my brothers and I have not been back since CB went woke. We placed our orders and low and behold, the eggs were extremely small, brother Greg’s steak was chilled, and the pancakes was horrible. My wife wanted the Biscuit breakfast with bacon. I didn’t check the order and got home and her order was wrong, as they put sausage instead of bacon. She takes the sausage off and both sausages were burnt. Not going back and have picture to prove. Not the same place.

waitress was horrible and service poor. girl who was supposed to wait on us decided she wanted to go home and walked out the door. after about 20 minutes another waitress came to our table and didn’t want to and told us they were making her. she was so mad she took the order wrong, someone else brought the food and she never came back for refills on our drinks and only shower back up until she gave us the bill. this isn’t how customers should be treated. we were unhappy with our visit. I want to praise the staff for helping me at the Florence, KY Cracker Barrel. Specifically, Felicia and Benny. They were swift in helping me when I realized I made a mistake with my order. I have a severe shellfish allergy and failed to tell Benny, our waiter, of my allergy. I had the grilled chicken strips. As soon as I realized my mistake, after one and a half tenders eaten, they jumped right in to help. They both sat with me at various times while my husband was getting things done to take me across the street to the hospital for treatment. Both Felicia and Benny were so kind and very concerned for my well being as I was having an anaphylactic reaction to the shellfish. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for your help. I am doing well after my treatment at the hospital, and it is all thanks to these two individuals, and the hospital staff, that are my heroes! Thank you!!

I recently had brunch at Cracker Barrel and I have to say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. The New York Strip Steak I ordered was cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It was truly exquisite and one of the best steaks I have ever had.
My friends couldn’t resist ordering their famous Chicken Fried Steak and I am so glad they did because they shared some with me. The crispy coating was perfectly seasoned and the steak itself was incredibly tender. It was comfort food at its finest and I couldn’t get enough of it.
In addition to the fantastic food, the service at Cracker Barrel was top-notch. Our waitress, Sierra, was friendly and attentive, making sure that my dining experience was nothing short of amazing.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at the Cracker Barrel in Florence today! Even though the restaurant was busy, our waitress Rachel was absolutely fantastic. She was kind, personable, and attentive! The kind of server who truly makes you feel welcome. Her great attitude and care really stood out, especially compared to some of our recent dining experiences elsewhere. In fact, everyone we interacted with was awesome! The hostess, our food runner, and Jax who rang us up, were all very friendly and kind.
The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was just what you hope for when you visit Cracker Barrel. We’ll definitely be back!

Visited on early Sunday morning, met and served very quickly. The usual hometown service with a smile. Ordered Uncle Herschel’s. Brought out in a timely fashion. Eggs scrambled were a little lukewarm. Apples were great per usual.

Florence Cracker barrel is always busy.A little bit of a wait no to long. Food came out quickly it was hot and fresh. Male waiter never introduced himself or gave his name. Only complaint is our drink service we were never offered refills. I finally was able to get a refill when I flagged server down. My lunch was a replacement dinner from getting cold food two years in a row at Dry Ridge Cracker barrel on Thanksgiving. I had given them a second try because everyone is entitled to a bad day.I paid for four Thanksgiving dinners plus tip and received a coupon for 1 homes style meal. I ordered fried chicken, okra,and pinto beans with cornbread.
The waiter never ask and dropped our bill at the table and it wasn’t split. The cashier was unfriendly and seemed bothered when we ask her to split our bill. All in All I would recommend Cracker barrel Florence. I have taken adult and children with a large group and our food has always came out hot and fresh as it should.
