The food is always delicious. I love the smell of the shop, sitting in the rocking chairs, and the trip down memory lane looking at the old toys. Always clean and inviting. Service was not great in the restaurant, but everyone has a bad day now and again.

You think you have been to one Cracker Barrel and you’ve done to them all. Not true. The food selection was good. The quality was good.Portion size seemed little small for Cracker Barrel. I don’t usually do dinners here only breakfast and brunch so I may be biased. However, the service was excellent! Our server Navia was as friendly and attentive as they come. A true delight!

I wrote a review about this same restaurant about four months ago. I stated it was usually a “hit-or-miss” dining experience. I had another miss. Went 8-6-23 for dinner. They were not that busy. Three people (two females; one male) stood at the hostess table doing absolutely nothing. We were seated; given no menus. The two girls continued to play with their hair. Every time I have gone in there to eat, I look at the floor and ask myself how in the world the Health Department hasn’t closed them. Beyond filthy–trash, napkins, pieces of bread, spilled beverages–and this is EVERYWHERE. I spoke to the manager about it and he said someone was coming out to sweep. I watched him ask the male (who stood at the hostess table) THREE TIMES to sweep and he NEVER went near a broom. I can safely say I will NOT go back. And the people (or whatever) who read these reviews can keep their feigned concern to themselves. After my last review, I got a “concerned” return message giving me a phone number–which was never answered–and an email address that takes you nowhere.

Food is very good, but it is always so crowded. We had a 50 minute wait to get in. Once in, it was so noisy, we couldn’t hear the waiter or ourselves speaking and spent the time shouting at each other to successfully he heard and trying to swallow the food rapidly to get out of there. Gave me a headache and was less than enjoyable.
