When I say this is one of the absolute worst dining in experiences I’ve ever had, I mean that whole heartedly. To start, it took us over 25 minutes to get our drinks. When we finally got our drinks, all of our glasses looked like this (pictured below- and no, this is NOT frost, and the glasses were coated in it, it felt grimy). I still cannot believe I even drank out of it, if I get sick I will know where it’s from. I looked around, and this was what everyone’s looked like. They were also out of silverware when we asked for them to eat our biscuits and there were no small plates to eat our biscuits on so we used our napkins. My father was annoyed at this point and asked to speak to the manager. The manager goes on to discuss an issue with the dishwasher. If you cannot keep up with dishes and/or clean them properly, the establishment needs to be shut down. Now we’re at an hour being there and to make matters worse, all of our food was either cold or absolutely disgusting. No one ate more than 2 bites. The icing on the cake was my father never even received his food after multiple promises of “it’ll be right out.” I understand the short staff issue going on right now and I try my best to be patient, but this was absolutely unacceptable. The cleanliness was what did it for me. I will not be going back, and I hope someone sees this and fixes the issues and honestly if I can’t spare someone from a wasted meal and a wasted $40 I will. Please do better.

I purchased “to go” breakfast to enjoy at my friend’s house. The eggs make it home and we’re cooked perfect. That’s incredibly hard to do. I had all my condiments and was able to enjoy a wonderful breakfast with my friend. Thank you Cracker Barrel!!

Had a great experience. My order was correct and Bailey was constantly checking on my table. This made up for all the bad service I’ve had at other locations. Will definitely be back.

Worst Cracker Barrel experience in 30 years of dining at Cracker Barrels. Food was warm at best. Kids mini burgers were undercooked. Chicken strips were overcooked. We didn’t get napkins until we were nearly finished eating. It wasn’t terribly busy- I can see why now.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! My husband, 1 year old son and myself dined here for breakfast and it was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. As soon as we sat down the waiter had an attitude with us. I ordered a children’s drink for my son and asked for a lid with a straw. Apparently this is a difficult request because I had to ask 3 different staff to get the straw. Meanwhile my son sat there crying unable to drink his milk. Then we waited for over an hour to get our food. When we finally got it , it was ice cold. Terrible experience!

Ordered the Country Breakfast (eggs and biscuits & gravy). It was affordable and you can always ask for more biscuits. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The waitress accidentally added coffee to my check and she fixed the check quickly with no additional problems. The cashier in the store section was friendly as well.
