I like the food. I am more enthusiastic about shopping at Cracker Barrel. I can’t believe the Halloween and Fall items are already on display. The cute little baby clothes, stylish classy ladies’ clothing, candles, and decor items are irresistible.

I don’t go to Cracker Barrel often. However, when I do I always find something delicious! Today I had the egg and steak casserole, and a peach mimosa and it was delicious filling and plenty to eat.

The food was burned, sweet potatoes over cooked, chicken tenders chard, loaded backed potatoes over cooked. The quality of the food has really gone down over the past few years. Our server was very sweet and friendly. Ladies bathroom was not cleaned, garbages were over flowing, dirty diaper sitting in the stinking up the place, I almost vomited. This chain needs to realize that the bathrooms need remodeling. The chain blew up in the 90’s and it’s time to bring up to date, it’s very deteriorated. My last few experiences through the south visiting this chain has not been pleasant like it is to be. I have no desire to continue stopping at this chain unless they straight up their act and go back to preparing better quality food and being clean.

The food was great the night I stopped for dinner. The cube steak and gravy were notable for the night. I would have to say, though; the service was prolonged. My biscuits did not come out until I got my food, and even though I asked for honey I never received it. The gift shop was astonishing, if I may add. I found several different owl items, along with a Bob Ross magnet.

I have gotten the meatloaf twice and it has been burnt to a crisp both times. Our biscuits are hard as a brick with no jelly in the bag. I ordered online to stand and wait to get my food an hour later, which is burnt, cant even put a fork through. I probably won’t be ordering here again anytime soon.

Waited over an hour for basic food for 4 people. Easy dishes not customized. BLT, cheeseburger, tender, and veggie plate. Food didn’t taste all that good. Service wasn’t great. Paid $60 for something that wasn’t worth it. Won’t be back again. Definitely gone downhill since I was a kid.

I’ve been to many Cracker Barrel’s and this was the worst service I received. We were given dirty dishes and when we sent back one of our items as it was not good quality and we did not drink it, we were told by the manager, we still had to pay as it was their “policy” for alcohol. When we asked for details, the manager was condescending, waved her hands in our faces and told us she was “done arguing with us”

Food was cold and bland. Service was good. She was polite, but brought salads with the meals. We did ask for them to be brought before meal. Had to ask for my soup to be reheated. Was cold. Restrooms needed to be cleaned. Other than that staff was friendly and very helpful. Wish y’all would carry 3x size clothes and male clothes. Thanks
