Literally waited 40 minutes for horrible food to come out the kitchen and poor service on top of the 30 minutes to be seated. I realized the reason i stopped going to Cracker Barrel! I guess the staff is drinking the mimosas, beer and wine. Absolutely ridiculous and the cashier asked did i want to speak with a manager and maybe our next meal would be free. No sweetie hard pass; we won’t be back for free or nothing else. Our server Tyler was so disappointing he couldn’t even bring our check to table. He never refilled a drink and we had to ask for silverware and syrup. But he stepped and fetched for other guests… my grandson wanted pancakes is the only reason we stopped. Less than mid very underwhelming!!!

Wait time was 30-45 mins, but due to a large party. The waitress was awesome (Shay)! Ask for her if you ever go. The food was delicious and the strawberry lemonade was to die for! Will definitely recommend!

I ordered some food to go from here and it was not good. It seemed like they gave me leftovers from the previous day. The cookies I had were cold and solid. I was told that they had just came out the fridge when they put them in the bag. So they weren’t fresh. When I complained, all they did was heat the same cookies up and gave them to me instead of giving me fresh ones. I added a picture to show. The chicken & waffles I ordered were cold and not good. They looked like there wasn’t an effort in making them or putting them in the to go container. They looked nothing like the picture on their site. The apple juice I got also tasted a little spoiled. My only regret was that I wish I ordered through Doordash so I can get my money back.

The wait was painfully long, but it is the Christmas travel season as well as being in the middle of outlet malls and many hotels. That being said staff was friendly and courteous, food was very normal for cracker barrel. Tater tots, full scratch by the way, were legit!!! Overall good.

I usually get dinner from here 1x and sometimes 2x a month. They usually are pretty good in getting the order out but it was different this time around. I went here because there was another restaurant had a power outage. I placed a to-go order. It seemed longer than usual and when I got it, I paid then drove home about 15 minutes away. When I got home the the order was incomplete. My order was suppose to have mix bread (cornbread and biscuit) and my son had two biscuits. They left those out even though the checklist showed it was checked by a server. Then my mashed potatoes were not warm they were COLD. I was really disappointed with how they were and not getting the order right from the beginning even though they had a ticket to go by to get it right. I will not be returning if they are not going to by the ticket to get my order right.

As soon as we came in, we were greeted with genuine kindness from Emily and Marquesha. They helped us when we had questions about the merchandise and their customer service was just beyond amazing. Such positive energy from those two makes you feel like you’re being welcomed home. Can’t wait to see them again in the future and be on the look out for those two! Y’all are amazing!!
