The food was good but the place and atmosphere was better.
We had a great meeting over breakfast we took our time without any rushing.
Great place to eat!

Dated. Dingy. Store area nicely stocked. Restaurant section looked dirty and outdated. What a tragedy! Prices are higher, portions were half size what they used to be. Ordered pink lemonade only to find out later when it didn’t arrive it’s not sold any more. Ordered diet coke, server brought me sweet tea. Then never showed back up with the diet coke. Had to go get my own breakfast menu from behind host station… hashbrown casserole side was no more than 2 tablespoons worth and fried egg “over easy” was cooked completely solid. Was served cornbread muffins with my biscuit and gravy. Just a terrible mess. Bacon Ordered “extra crispy” was served in a “rubbery” condition totally NOT crispy at all. I’m sad they’ve gone this far downhill. Hopefully it’s just this location and not nationwide!

We were seated right away, and it was the only good thing about this experience. It took our waitress right at 15 minutes, just to come greet us and take our drink order. We waited for our food for 35 to 40 minutes. When my two children got their grilled cheese out they were burnt on one side and was black!!
We had to ask for refills. The waitress never checked up on us one time! There was no ice with the refills we requested it was only liquid. I do not recommend this crackle at all.

After having a previous visit that didn’t go so great, we decided to give Cracker Barrel in Pearl, MS another try—and I’m so glad we did! Kat took amazing care of us this time. She was patient, attentive, and very prompt with everything we needed. Our food came out hot and absolutely exceptional.
On top of that, the manager Noah truly went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best it could be. His professionalism and care did not go unnoticed.
We would definitely recommend asking for Kat as your server, and Noah deserves high honors for his outstanding management. We will absolutely be returning to see Kat again!

I placed an online order for curbside pickup at Cracker Barrel on Memorial Day. Knowing it was a holiday, I arrived a little after my scheduled pickup time to give them extra time. After noticing a few cars come and go while I waited, I decided to go inside to check on my order.
I spoke with a very kind and professional woman at the gift shop. I first asked how she was doing, and she warmly said she was doing great. I explained I had placed an order and had been waiting for over 20 minutes. She immediately went to the back to check, then returned and let me know the kitchen was just about to pack my order.
In the meantime, she offered me a drink on the house, which was unexpected and very thoughtful—I had a lemonade, and it was great. Shortly after, a friendly young lady brought my order out to my car.
Despite them being out of broccoli, they substituted green beans, which were delicious and didn’t disappoint. The food was fresh and flavorful, and great customer service and professional all around.
Would I come back to this Cracker Barrel? Absolutely—100%! The food and service were excellent. No complaints at all. Thank you to the staff for your hard work, especially on a holiday!

We were there yesterday (Saturday night) at around 6pm. The floor area where we sat was sooo greasy, full of food crumbs and dirty, it was disgusting. We asked for biscuits and muffins when placing our drink order and the waitress responded by saying they were waiting on more that were in the oven bc they had run out. Mind you, this was 6 pm on a Saturday and they didn’t have muffins and biscuits ready??? They took forever to come out and when they did, it was only the biscuits. We had to ask for jam bc she didn’t think of bringing some out w the bread either. When we asked for grape jam, they had run out. Then we waited even longer for our food to come out. They were not busy at all and yet the food took forever. When it came out, my pancakes (grandma sampler) were the smallest pancakes I had ever gotten at a Cracker Barrel and they were stiff and cold. They tasted like onion and whatever else they cooked on the grill before putting the pancake batter on it. I was also missing 2 sides (hash brown casserole and sugar cured ham) and had to wait even longer for those! The ham came when I was close to finishing the rest of my food. We had asked for honey mustard for my kids’ tenders and they also didn’t have any ♀️so we got BBQ which tasted just like refrigerator. My husband’s 2 pieces of homestyle chicken were also tiny!
We were very disappointed. There were 2 managers, the restaurant wasn’t busy and yet we had awful service. I don’t know what’s wrong with Cracker Barrel’s lately, but instead of trying to change the logo and going woke, maybe they should focus on better service and food, and on having everything on hand. Both the spicy grilled catfish AND the fried catfish were DELICIOUS! As were ALL of the sides; dumplings, baby carrots, spiced apples, steak fries, coleslaw, and mac-n-cheese! However, service was the worst we’ve ever experienced at a Cracker Barrel. We had to remind our waitress (Madison K.) of forgotten food items and then waited 5-10 minutes for her to bring them after having to remind her again. We never got our hush puppies during the meal and had to request them again and put them in a to-go box to take home with our leftovers! And our waters were never refilled. Also, my husband noticed that our waitress wasn’t paying attention to when her customers’ meals were ready in the kitchen. As for the atmosphere, there were lots of crumbs on the chair beside mine (I placed my purse on the table for that reason) as well as on the floor under our table.

Absolutely loved our experience today. It was my first time having the honey butter southern fried chicken and will DEFINITELY get it again! Our server was the best super speedy and truly friendly. Sharon L was the best. Vanessa and Noah are doing such a great job with this Cracker Barrel.

Went in to Pearl cracker barrel and it didn’t disappoint. Sharon L was our server and the service was great, she was engaging with us and was very nice the whole time. I got the breakfast for lunch and it was great. would come back.

The ambience of Cracker Barrel speaks for itself. We were seated immediately. Our server Felicia S. was beyond amazing. She was super friendly, very efficient and she did everything with a smile. The food was delicious and I appreciated being able to order a healthier option. If I find myself back in Pearl, MS, I will definitely stop in and ask to be seated in Felicia’s section.
