The waitresses were so nice!! Like 4 or 5 probably came up and asked how we were or if we needed anything! One of the best restaurant services I think we’ve had!!

Typical CB decor. Good service. Not so great food. Meatloaf tasted weird. Fried fish had been sitting under heat too long. Good collard greens and Okra.

Veterans Day 2025. Found myself in Vicksburg, MS and participated in the complimentary meal. First off…thank you to Cracker Barrel for recognizing veterans and offering a meal. The meal consisted of two pancakes with two eggs. I added a side of bacon and had a Coke. Seated immediately. The staff was aware of the meal and each table had a flyer. Pancakes were good and very filling.

I took a chance on the new Salman and Shrip meal at the Vicksburg location. I am sooo glad i did. It was delicious. My server Kayla was awesome. She checked on me and made sure my glass was never empty. So so much better than my typical fast food lucnch !!!!

Our waitress was just no into customer service. We definitely weren’t her priority. We won’t be back to this Cracker barrel. The guy at register was on his personal phone trying to text and ring up customers. Just a overall bad customer service… my bacon barely was cooked. We waited to be served and waited for our drinks and food along time.

Cracker Barrel has to be one of my favorite places to eat. The nostalgia hits when you hear the creak of a dozen rocking chairs. When you step through those barn doors, you step decades back into the past. And wherever you visit, I hope you’re lucky enough to find a “Miss Redd”…although mine is one of a kind. I love her so much! She’s so friendly and fun. The food is DELICIOUS. It’s got soul.

This review is only for this location. We were so disappointed. We have been traveling and wanted to eat breakfast.
When we arrive they were not busy. If you ever eaten at Cracker Barrel, you will know that a lot of times they are very busy and you have to wait or be paid put on a waiting list to be able to be seated. We got lucky we got seated right away. There were only 7 tables with guest eating or waiting.
Our waitress did not come check on us. I literally had to get up and go asked the hostess if she could find her and let her know that we needed more coffee and I needed a straw for my water she had disappeared .
Finally our waitress came out with our food. My eggs were cold and over cooked. I asked for scrambled soft/ light and the pancakes were gross too. Spongey pancakes.. The cook(s) are not good during this. My husband food was cold too.
I can’t recommend anything since my food was no good.
