My wife and I stopped here to eat on the way home. The food was great and the service was great. I had the grilled maple and bacon chicken. It was delicious. With fried okra and hash brown casserole. My wife had the chicken and dumplings with corn and fried apples. We both left full and satisfied. Thanks Cracker Barrell for never disappointing.

It was awful tonight. First of all, we were told out of silverware, no ranch, no shrimp, and pinto beans. Service was so bad we had to get up and go ask for things ourselves. Then the food comes out. Some things were forgotten, dumplings looked good in one bowl and awful in another. Was supposed to have grilled onions on the chicken they just put them on the grill and then pulled them off. Drinks not kept full. Goodness, I would not recommend going there.

It was a madhouse during our Saturday lunchtime visit. We only waited for about 10 minutes, but enjoyed browsing the shop in the cool air on a nearly 100 degree day. Did we love the food? The pancakes were excellent and the eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly for my daughter’s breakfast. Her meal was by far better than mine or my friend’s. I had chicken tenders and he had the pork chop meal. We both agreed that neither tasted fresh, and made us think of high school cafeteria previously frozen meat. Same with the fries. Next time we will all opt for the breakfast. We did love the blackberry jam and biscuits, though!

We order our food and it took 45-59 minutes. We were looking around at people there food. That was seated at least 20 minutes after we were seated. And some of the people order what I order. But when my food came out the greens & mac & cheese were cold. And the catfish that I order was cod not catfish. I sent it back and they told me I was wrong. I’m a cook and I know the difference. So I relayed a message that no I’m good. My daughter food had hair in it. And she sent it back as well. It was the wrong order food as well. And she waited on the right order about another 20 minutes. The manger never come over too acknowledge what the problem was. She paid full price….. I WILL NEVER THERE AGAIN NEVER

My family and I stopped here on our way home from vacationing in Georgia. It was late, but we managed to get here way before the closed, right before 9pm. We waited almost 20 minutes for a staff member to even acknowledge us to be seated. I know they were probably already starting to shut things down, but like I said, we waited a while before being seated. The food wasn’t all that great. It seemed as if the cooks rushed our order. My scrambled eggs were soggy, not cooked all the way through. My bacon was so undercooked I couldn’t even eat it. And my hash brown casserole was not the one I’m used to getting. It was cold and tasteless. I’ve never had a bad experience at any of the other Crackle Barrels I have ever been to, so this was very disappointing. If we ever travel this way again, I will definitely pass on stopping at this Crackle Barrel.

The service was unacceptable. We waited 15 minutes to get seated and there wasn’t a wait. It took forever to get our drinks. After waiting another 30 minutes for our food, our food was cold, dripping in grease and unacceptable. Had another lengthy wait for syrup and napkins. We never received a refill on our drinks. Tables everywhere with dishes on them all while employees stood around. Absolutely the worst experience at a Cracker Barrel that we have ever had.
