Good food at good value. Love the country store – so many old fashioned items and goodies. Typically quick service once seated, but often have to wait for a table. Broccoli didn’t have much flavor. Spend time in the general
Store – lots of fun just looking through the items!

We were feeling hungry staying at Gatlinburg but all the local restaurants were very touristy and artificially inflated. I noticed that there was a local Cracker Barrel just 10 min away. I was happy to drive there as I know the quality of the food and prices were very reasonable. We were greeted right as we walked in the restaurant in Pigeon Forge seated right away. Our server Katherine R. was very attentive and friendly. My mom ordered the rainbow trout and I had the Honey Butter Fried chicken. All the food came out freshly prepared and delicious. We were checked on both by Katherine as well as the associate manager Jeremy M. on multiple occasions. My sweet tea was always refilled. Where else can you have a complete meal for two with drinks costly only 43 with tip. I highly recommend people try out the Cracker Barrel off 3960 Parkway, Pigeon Forge and skip all that commercialism restaurants next town over. You won’t be disappointed.

Debra, our waitress, was so polite. She had several tables, but we did not run out of drinks, and she checked on us regularly. The food was really good and the atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. The gift shop was clean and orderly, and the bathrooms were neat and clean as wellI highly recommend Cracker Barrell, especially for breakfast.

Not from the area but the best cracker Barrel I have been to. The atmosphere is cracker barrel it’s cute but they are mostly the same. Even with having large tables our waitress did an excellent job. Very sweet and attentive. She had what we needed before we knew we needed it. For being a chain restaurant the food was better here.

Okay….this Cracker Barrel location is run by ALL STARS. I was in town this weekend and had a catering order to pick up at 7:30 AM on Saturday. I was in charge of providing breakfast to 32 People and relied on Cracker Barrel. Heavy snowstorm, at least 8 inches of snow, we headed out at 7 AM to pick up the meal. Most restaurants were closed. This Cracker Barrel was OPEN, had our order ready to go, and it was all correct and delicious. There might’ve been two or three workers there tops, but they still had a huge catering order ready. The meal was great and we had leftovers. Many thanks to this great location!

We came in for a late breakfast. We were seated immediately with a smile. Our order was taken in a short time, and the food was served hot and fresh.

The dining room was really dirty. Food droppings under the table, straw wrappers on the floor, etc. To be fair, this was right after their breakfast rush.

Yes, I would definitely recommend this Craker Barrel. I believe I caught them on an off day.

First time dining at CB. The vibe is great. Big gift shop area selling exquisite things. We had a country fried steak and roast beef, both averaging about $16 each. Inflation does take a hit at most restaurants huh. The portion is pretty small for an adult. The taste is pretty average. Both steak and roast beef were a bit overdone. The staff was nice and tentative though. Nice decor and good vibe.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store really impressed me. From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent — the staff was friendly, quick, and very attentive. The food came out hot, fresh, and with that homemade flavor you expect from a place like this.

The atmosphere was another big plus: cozy, clean, and with that classic country style that makes you feel comfortable right away.

Overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it.

We always enjoy cracker barrel. Our server was very pleasant. The only thing i think should happen is to offer military/veteran discounts all the time not just a certain day for a pancake meal because not everyone can visit on that day. We travel alot and always enjoy cracker barrel
