This Cracker Barrel is everything you expect and hope for from a Cracker Barrel. It’s clean, the shop is well stocked, the food is hot and freshly made, and our server was friendly and attentive. The day was cold, the fire was roaring, and my breakfast burger was perfectly made and delicious. This place feels just like it should, old-time, agrarian, and comforting. Uncle Herschel McCartney would approve.

They helped us determine the right quantities, answered all our questions about menu selections and service, and even accommodated an earlier delivery time than they typically offer.
The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and ready to serve with everything we needed for a smooth, professional setup. They also guided us on the appropriate number of serving pans, which made managing the event effortless.

My husband and I ordered the fried chicken and the catfish. Our stand out favorites of the day we’re the chicken and dumplings, the beignets with the walnut sauce and the onion petals with their remoulade sauce. I love onion petals but wow, that remoulade was the perfect pairing. Our food was hot and delicious and was brought to the table by our super sweet server Ashley in a timely manner. She knew exactly when to ask if we needed anything. She wasn’t pushy or neglectful. We even had a visit and nice chat with Lou, the manager on duty. It was a refreshingly southern meal with a good people. I’m sure the company already knows that Ashley and Lou are a great asset but I wanted to give them an extra shout out. Sometimes good people are hard to find. We found two in one sitting.

We got stuck in Cleveland with car trouble on our way home from Gatlinburg on Nov 18th. We ended up at this Cracker Barrel for dinner and it was very good! Our waitress, Carolyn, was so nice and attentive. She suggested plates for the kids who ended up loving what she suggested. She also kept our drinks filled and brought out a huge basket of biscuits and muffins. It made our evening so much better. There was also a lovely woman working in the shop that was also so nice and friendly but I didn’t get her name. But definitely wouldn’t mind stopping here again if we’re ever in the area. A really great Cracker Barrel with great employees!

Shannon was our friendly and efficient waitress. She was at our table within minutes of being seated. She brought our drinks and kept them refilled during our meal. Our breakfast was just as we ordered and brought out in a timely fashion-warm and delicious! The food is consistent and service is friendly.

Always a go to franchise to visit even when coming from out of town! This particular one is my local restaurant. They are generally always friendly and have good service. This time was no exception, even though the were quiet busy. I got the shrimp plate with Mac’n cheese and fried okra,( I forgot the specific name, maybe it’s fried popcorn shrimp platter…) and my friend got the roast beef with steamed broccoli and fried okra.
This particular time was pretty slow, however they were understandably busy on this Tuesday evening.
The store always has awesome stuff and deals for things going out of season. If you see something you like in season wait a month or two and it will be on sale. I will definitely be back soon!

We came in for dinner on 11/2/25. We was seated promptly. Our waitress Heaven arrived soon after we sat down and got our drink orders. This young lady has a great personality and is soon leaving to serve our great country. So ask for her till she leaves sometime in January. I’ll be back to see her before she departs. The food was 100% better than my last visit which was months ago. All of the food was delicious and fresh! Yes I did let them know last time. THANK You Heaven for you service you’ve committed to for this great country!

Our waitress was very attentive. She brought our drinks immediately while we looked over the menu. Once we ordered she brought us a basket full of biscuits and jellies and butter. She brought our food out while it was still hot.

My last review was not good. However, the people at Cracker Barrel were listening and this visit was great. It was the quality we expect from the Cracker Barrel, and everything was cooked to perfection. The biscuits were delicious. The service was good, and I cannot find anything to complain about. Thank you for bringing back the Cracker Barrel we all know and love.

We did not enjoy our experience at this location. Food was not tasty. Fish did not have flavor. Dumplings was very thick and center of dumpling was still raw. We did not get the compliment biscuits and corn muffins. Menu said the Honey Fried Chicken was to have drizzle of honey over it. Ours looked like it came out of a pool of honey. Breading on the chicken was very heavy. It seemed we had more breading than chicken.
