Traveling and needed a sandwich that can be eaten while driving. It was delicious but I had to eat while parked, a little messy, but ohhh sooo delicious! Egg,impossible sausage tomato and mayo on grilled bread! Everyone working there was very pleasant!

Great experience. Food was good! However it did take a long time to get my cinnamon roll. So they actually gave it to me for free bc it took so long.

The breakfast casserole was delightful and hearty.

We visited Cracker Barrel CB0023 Nashville TN. It took 40 minutes for us to get our food, we had a meatloaf w/ mashed potatoes & greenbeans & 2 eggs over easy toast & sausage & it was cold! Our waitress Stephanie L was fantastic! The cashier was rude & one of my items I purchased was broken, due to her putting ceramic on the bottom of bag( NOT WRAPPED), and DROPPING another item on top! PROS: Fried apple was good but not the same. Biscuit was good, soft and light but not like homemade country. CONS: Service was…well, we got our food. Got the condiments……eventually on time for the to-go box. We felt like a bother to the waitress. The fried apple serving was sloppy as pictured. Dining area was bright but lost that warm country feel. Matches the service. Not going back.

Our server was an elderly lady. I can’t remember her name. She was patient and didn’t interrupt when my son’s nurse from Vanderbilt called for an update on his visit yesterday. When the call ended she came and got our drink order and I asked for a bowl of lemons. My son loves lemons and she said no problem. When she brought a bowl of lemon wedges he was extremely happy. She took our order and when the food came out it was hot and correct and too much. We had bring some to the hotel to eat later.

Cracker Barrel at Stewart’s Ferry Pike exit just east of Nashville International Airport.

No doubt you’ve heard Cracker Barrel is freshening up their stores. It’s been all over the news.

Tonight, we went and I must say it is a much needed improvement. Cracker Barrel had gotten stale but the remodel looked wonderful and the food was outstanding. It’s still Cracker Barrel but better.

I had Country Ham with hash brown casserole and pinto beans. The biscuits were hot and fresh.

I’m glad they are updating the stores. Can’t wait for the Cookeville restaurant to get the update.

This order was a pick up, not the first time order has been messed up, but literally the first time I’ve ever got sick from eating French toast, not only Small pieces It was sticky feeling and very odd tasting looked weird in the middle and a The little bit I ate made me sick for a whole day. And the bacon was completely raw couldn’t even eat that. Cracker Barrel is losing customers because of food, quality and service not the type of food

The food was really tasty. My country fried steak dinner was so good. The staff and our waitress were very welcoming and friendly. Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and it was good and hot. Attentive wait staff. Would visit here again if going through Nashville in the future.

I want to say this was a good experience. The wait staff was wonderful. The only real negative I have to report is the Spiked Strawberry Lemonade. The drink tasted very good but there was literally no alcohol in it. When I asked about that, I was told it was poured from a mix and contained 2 ounces of vodka. Even in telling me this, I could ascertain our waitress was not convinced either. DO NOT ORDER AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE UNLESS IT COMES IN A BOTTLE.

There were two star dishes on the Vegetable Plate with Steak Tips added that I ordered: Turnip Greens with hot vinegar and the Fried Okra. The steak tips were not bad; however, when you are not asked how you want them cooked, it should tell you they already are cooked and more well done than rare. The Steak Tips were still good though. The mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese were both fine but were so outshined by the okra and turnip greens which were absolutely delicious.

My dining companion ordered the Country Coastal Sampler containing fried shrimp and cod. She reported that it was very good and was accompanied by cole slaw and mashed potatoes. She confirmed my opinion of the drink.

All and all, the food was good, the wait staff excellent and I will never order an alcoholic beverage there again but, really, what was I thinking by doing so anyway.
