I ordered a hamburger steak smothered. I assumed according to the picture there would be sauteed or grilled onions and gravy for an addtl. charge of $1.00. I received a tiny slice of uncooked onion and a small bowl of gravy and was charged $2.00. Also we had to wait a really long time for our check as did another table. Attached is my receipt. I wish I had taken a picture of the onion and gravy but didn’t. I was not happy!!

When I have work in Music Valley, sometimes I like to pop into Cracker Barrel right when they open to grab a quick and simple breakfast. Sometimes I just want coffee and water, but usually if I pop in I’ll grab a small meal. I really don’t like eating this early, but friendly faces and hot coffee can warm this cold heart sometimes.

Food tonight was pretty good, not to sure how long the casserole sat before they put it in the bowl but it had to been awhile. Other than that not horrible. Definitely short staffed at this location and it does show from the time you walk in the door to just paying for your food. Manager did great and seat me and later asked how the meal was.

Worst service we’ve had in several years. Worst food from Cracker Barrell we’ve had. French fries looked and tasted like they were fried twice or three times. The server came to our table 3 times. First time to take our order, second time to bring drinks and third time to bring food. My food was cold and I couldn’t get sauce for chicken strips because the server never came back. We had the cashier look up our order so we could pay, we never received the bill. The attached picture is after our meal was over, most of the food was not edible. The biscuits were good though.

Wanted breakfast for dinner but they aren’t seating. I came an hour before close. This place has a management problem. One server showed up tonight and has forced an hour+ wait for guests on the list! I counted 6 CB workers with headsets working in the retail shop lobby. WHY DO I BLAME MANAGEMENT? Because I would make all managers be servers and take care of all the guests and reduce the wait time. Then there’s the issue of why on the FrontPorch app nobody wanted to work here tonight???Hmmmmm….
