Great service, decent price and the food is absolutely amazing. Also, this location understood the difference between scrambled and folded eggs which I fully appreciate. The Fresh Berry French Toast Bake was better and more filling than expected and an upbeat waitress started my morning off right with efficient table service. The atmosphere was excellent and the host had a great sense of humor.

In all fairness, my pancakes and eggs were a 5+ star meal. My daughters fried chicken and dumplings was a 1 star. Let’s start with what was good – Cracker Barrel has the best pancakes on the planet. They probably come in at 1,000 calories a cake because of cooking them in a ton of butter to crisp the edges, but I don’t care. They always taste great and have a solid crunchy edge that I love. Add to it, the eggs, hash browns, and ham was perfect. The bad – that fried chicken was old, the dumplings were dry, and the fries were cold. I’m pretty sure the fried chicken was precooked and probably pulled out of the cooler and reheated for a few minutes in the oil. The crust was hard and the chicken was dry. And the dumplings were like cement. You could have built a block wall with them. However, the service was good and I love the old atmosphere. Stick with breakfast and you won’t be disappointed.

Got to see my hostess friend Shirley and she is always a blessing. You cant beat and employee like her and a friend. When I go to cracker barrel I know shes always there. She’s been an employee there for well over 20 years I know. The food was good but the visit was better.

As a Canadian, the portion sizes were incredibly massive and we didn’t have any other meal for the rest of the day and super cheap for the portion too! Wild! Tasted nice

Dillon was our server and he was great, the food (4pc fried chicken dinner) and (potroast dinner) was fantastic. The restaurant was clean and it was super busy. We will go back again, Highly recommended.

Ordered family meal to go along with a fresh baked Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie- still warm 🙂 everything was hot, fresh, and everything was correct. They checked my order and it was served quickly as well… needless to say EVERYTHING was delicious. This will be a weekly dinner for my family!! Get your Holiday Pies here people!!! Delicious!! ❤️

This Cracker Barrel gave very slow service. We waited about 35-37 minutes for our food when we went for an early lunch on a rainy Monday morning.
A couple of tables were getting food service ahead of us, who arrived 10-15 minutes after us. I dont know if it makes a difference that they ordered breakfast? We ordered chicken strips. Maybe different cook prep areas?
Waitress was very timid and unsure. Served us burnt biscuits (some people like that!), forgot the ketchup my husband asked for, and skipped water refills. My husband did get one coffee refill, but we ended up running out of water.
Our chicken tenders seemed a bit hard and rubbery. My husband’s fries were cold and old. Maybe they’d been sitting a while and forgotten about? Maybe that’s why it took so long.
Bathrooms need a good thorough cleaning, smelled funky. Maybe a good remodel would help it not seem so gross. I had to play with the flusher handle for a minute to get it to flush. Yay… oh and we had to step around poop on the way in the restaurant. I really have no idea what that was about.
We usually have a good experience whenever we go to any Cracker Barrel, it just seemed this one didn’t try very hard.

I cannot express how absolutely horrendous the food was. My family has lived here in Lebanon all our lives, and Cracker Barrel usually delivers on all fronts- until now. All the food we ordered took over 20 minutes to come out, all the more complimented by a neglectful server who barely took our meager requests for a straw or more hot water. We asked twice for our bacon and eggs to be fixed, much to our dismay they couldn’t even cook either right. My chicken came out what I could only explain as thrice fried it was so hard and dry, not to mention I nearly choked on my biscuit it was so chalky. The grits were soupy and eggs rubbery, with nothing to show for the hospitality that we usually receive for our troubles. I would never recommend this location to anyone who actually wants a proper southern dining experience, pictures are attached.
